This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse in River Run Village has it all. Slope views, dramatic 20' cathedral ceilings, and plenty of space for your entire family. Enter into the spacious living room and enjoy the comfy leather furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and glass doors opening to your private balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests. The dining room can seat up to 6 people, great for having a meal with the whole family. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like you're right at home.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a balcony overlooking the slopes of Keystone. The guest bedroom just off the living room features a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom and unique skylight located above the bed. Just down the hall you'll find the second guest bedroom which features a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle and has access to the balcony.

Stellar location and view!

This unit was incredibly close to the keystone river run action. The balcony view is literally people skiing, the walkway parallels a vibration marsh/river and the unit itself has access to a heated pool, hot tub and steam room. This is perfect for a long day skiing, boarding, tubing, hiking or even just shopping. Highly recommend. Plus everyone gets their own bathroom!

The best girls trip!

What an amazing condo! The view itself of the skiing mountain with the people on it, along with the ski village, was incredible! This place is located almost center in the HUB of keystone! Some of the coolest restaurants and bars are literally less than a minute away! I’m blown away at the balcony view and also the hot tub/pool/steam room. It was the perfect combination for the best girls trip imaginable!

Our original unit was not available to day we were checking in. I received a call from SkyRun 3 hours prior to check in, letting me know our unit wasnt available. They upgraded us to a larger unit in the same area as our original reservation. Overall, I felt they did a great job handling the situation. The unit we stayed in was fine, but little things were missing. No towels in the kitchen, TVs would not connect to the internet, and there were multiple lamps with bulbs out. Which was only a problem because there was ZERO overhead lighting in the unit.

Excellent condo. Excellent rental company.

This condo was more than enough for our family of 5. The bedrooms are spacious. The living space was very accommodating. The rental company was amazing. They provided enough soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc that we didn’t have to go to the store immediately upon arrival. Location is excellent. It is a very very short walk to the gondola. My kids were able to navigate the walk without any trouble. We were concerned about the construction because we read the other reviews, but it really didn’t inconvenience us at all. We would definitely rent this specific unit again.Also, I have to brag on SkyRun. The communication was excellent. The check-in instructions were clear and helpful. If there are any issues at all, you can text or call any hour of the day and get a response. One of my kids got an injury on the first day that prevented him from continuing to ski and required us to change our vacation plans. SkyRun was so generous in accommodating us. They went above and beyond. Going forward, they are the only rental company we’re going to use. Highly highly recommend.

Great location. Walkable to all River Run Village has to offer. Great amenities. The pool is a nice size and there are two hot tubs available. Beautiful surroundings and views. The actual condo was a bit on the unclean side. Many noticeable stains and dirty floors were apparent. I would recommend a deep clean if there's a break with reservations.

Great location, right next to the gondola. We had an issue with our unit and management was right there to help us out. The kitchen/ living room area is small, but it was perfect t for us. I would definitely stay again.

What a great vacation condo! We were 3 adults and 3 children, ages 8, 10, and 12. This 3 BR (5beds) 3 bath home was a great size for us. The two en suite bedrooms were on opposite sides, providing privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed including garbage bags, paper towels, cleaning tablets for dishwasher and dish soap. The washer/ dryer worked great and tide was included. We had plenty of kitchen and dining items to cook and eat anything we liked, and we also ate at local restaurants that were just a few minutes drive away. The baseboard heating worked great and the hot water was hot almost instantly. We did not need to use the fireplace for heat but turned it on once for the kids and it worked great. There are humidifiers in each bedroom which worked well. There is significant construction outside the building, but as there are two major construction projects going on in the tiny town, Im not sure you can escape it regardless where you rent. Would rent again for sure!

Beautiful location!

Feels like a penthouse! Big deck! There is a skylight in third bedroom, but we didn't end up needing it since our friends were unable to come up (I personally hate sky lights so thought I would mention) The garbage disposal/sink/dishwasher clogged but that is just a thing that happens from time to time! The furnishings were very comfortable and although it was too chilly for the pool it looked very nice

Location of this property excellent. Cleanliness, comfort, accessibility and the provisions provided in the condo were exceptional. More of a 5 star hotel experience than a Airbnb. The kitchen was well prepared with all of the dishes, pans and cooking utensils you could ask for. Coffee, filters, spices etc all on hand. Toiletries, towels and linens all clean and quality products. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo is excellent. We had quick access to the slopes, and travel to the condo is easy to navigate. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. A few of the amenities were not as expected - the sauna was broken and the hot tub was only warm. However the rest of our stay was wonderful.

What a great space for my family of 6. We had enough room to stretch out and still have our own private space. Very clean and welcoming space. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub, pool and foosball table in the common area by the entrance. I did come cooking in the kitchen and it has all the basic amenities. Bring your own blankets if you want to sit on the balcony in the evenings to stay warm. There was some new construction occurring by the gondola area.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect fit for our family vacation! The kids slept in the room with the bunk beds and adults in the other 2 bedrooms. The layout is perfect and so are the views of the mountain! Location was great being right next to the lifts and only a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and rentals down in the village.

Good location close to lift. Had everything we needed. Beds werent great but only for a few nights. Check out process was easy. Wish there was a way to get keys without going to the office. Would love to be able to get more than 1 parking pass. Overall good stay.

Keystone Vacation

We had an interesting stay. We were there when the resort shut down due to covid 19. Luckily we were able to ski one full day prior to the shut down. The property manager was great to work with and issued a refund given we left soon thereafter. I have seen many stories of folks who were not offered refundsthis is a property manger I wholeheartedly trust and will be staying at their properties again.

Spacious condo near the Gondola!

If you need space and are looking for a condo near the Keystone Gondola, this is for you! The vaulted ceilings are beautiful and create a larger feel than you actually have. The kitchen is fully stocked and you have a large dining table to sit at least 8 people comfortably. Weve staying in River Run for last 10 ski seasons and this condo is by far the best weve rented. Will for sure rent it again!

We absolutely LOVE this unit and stay here every summer! It has great space, separation of bedrooms and wonderful shared family room and kitchen area to gather. Well equipped with cooking supplies and toiletries. Fantastic location to River Run Village and gondola. See you next summer!

Great 3 bedroom condo in a building with nice amenities!

We were in Keystone for a family wedding. We had lots to bring up to the condo. The unit is close to the elevator which made loading and unloading easy and yet it was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the lobby area and the pool. The management company was very easy to work with.

Another great stay in this unit

This is our favorite place to stay in Keystone. It is a very short walk to the gondola and you can see the gondola from the unit. That helps a lot to avoid going out when the lines are long. The unit itself is very nice and well equipped.

Weekend in Keystone with Family

This rental property was perfect for our family- we had 6 adults and 3 kids and it was just the right size for a long weekend. We wanted a place close to the gondola and town center and this building is an easy, minute walk away.

Booking was easy and the owner got back to me within a couple hours, if that. Check-in was simple and took less than 5 minutes.

The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Nice big kitchen table for meals. The patio was nice and spacious and had an excellent view.

We went to the pool one day and the temp of the pool and hot tubs were perfect- gorgeous location for a pool. Water was a little dirty but it was during a slow part of the season so I'm sure they just aren't maintaining as much as normal, which was fine.

Only thing that would have been extra nice were some basic things like plastic bags, foil, seran wrap, hand soap (instead of a bar) for the kitchen. Obviously that's getting picky and not common in rental properties but would be a nice-to-have.

We had a great weekend celebrating birthdays and anniversaries with our family and we are so glad we chose this property. Thank you!

Loved Keystone & Red Hawk

I have never been to a more friendly environment. My family enjoyed every encounter thoroughly. The staff at Red Hawk and the entire staff at the Keystone Village were fantastic to be around. The unit was in a perfect location as we just had to walk across the parking lot to get on the gondola. Our balcony view was amazing. We watched skiers morning to night and the fireworks show was in perfect view. The unit is perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. The elevators were a little slow but we learned our way around and used the stairs at times. The parking garage is under the building so our cars stayed free from snow and there were luggage racks and wagons available at all times for necessary loading. If you need to take a private lesson, you need to ask for Jim Curcio. We were first time skiers and he was an absolute delight to be around. He was a great instructor and made us feel like long time friends!! He had us on the mountain in 3 hours. We enjoyed our stay 100%. I would recommend this unit and Keystone Village. It is a wonderful family atmosphere!

Beautiful, convenient and friendly service

We stayed at the Red Hawk Lodge and it was awesome, we could walk to the gondola and village easily. Although there was not a lot of snow yet at Thanksgiving, there were 9 runs open and plenty of fun things to do otherwise. This condo was great, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, looking directly at the lifts and slopes.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed the condo. Loved the view and convenience to the village. The SkyRun staff were very accommodating and nice. Not having airconditioning took a little getting used to during some of the hotter days. The layout and amount of space was nice. The family room furniture could be improved a bit and some minor wear and tear improved.

Very nice condo with dirty floors!

We really liked the unit, although upon arrival the floors had dirt and grit all over the perimeter of the kitchen and living room areas. It looked liked all the dirt had been swept to the side of the rooms and forgotten! We had a sick child with altitude illness or would have called the rental company to come clean it again. Other areas with carpet didn't look like they'd been vacuumed. Otherwise the bathrooms were clean, kitchen counters/ sink clean, unit had games, nice flat screen tv's in all rooms, good proximity to ski school and slopes.

Perfect place to stay for a great trip to Keystone

The condo was great -- thanks for everything. We had all different levels of skiers from a first-timer, to experts, to children. The mountain was amazing for everyone and ski school was great. Condo was lovely and location was ideal -- literally steps to everything we needed. And the little touches (coffee pot, hair dryer, laundry, great bunk beds) were greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great condo, accommodating staff

The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was also convenient to the gondola and town - a very short walk. Even the kids didn't complain. The staff allowed us in early and let us stay as late as possible, plus let us use the card all day to stay in the garage and common areas. It was a great experience.

Close and convient to the slopes, had enough room for everybody.

The only thing i would change is a couple of us were woke up around 4ish to a noise that I thought was water pipe. Other then that It was a great place to go and relax for a weekend

The unit was nice but pull out trundle was not convenient in roo

The unit was a little messy when we got there but overall met our needs nicely. We used the outdoor whirlpools and they were nice as well. Sauna was a little run down and going thru work out area to get to pool was a bit cramped. Location was great - we could easily walk to Gondola or town.

Patty Got it Done!

I have to give much of the credit to Patty, my agent. I had looked @ VRBO and had some ideas of what was avilable. As it turns out, a family that we were traveling with from KY had rented a VRBO unit I had some interest in. I can't remember how I came into contact w/ Sky Run, but once I told Patty of what I wanted simular to what I had just missed on VRBO; she took care of me. I ended up having the nicest accomidations of all the families that we were traveling with. Everyone else was in the complex across the street from Red Hawk Lodge. Good job Patty!
