Both have massive and inspiring views of the Keystone ski slopes, Buffalo Mountain, Ten Mile Range and the Gore Range. One balcony even has a private propane grill. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony entrance with breathtaking views. The en suite bathroom features a jetted tub/shower combination, double sinks, and a private water closet. The second primary bedroom features a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and great views of the Gore Range. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a double bunk bed with singe trundle that sleeps 5! This room also has a flat screen TV and a private balcony entrance with stunning views of the mountains. They are responsive, helpful, quick to react, and friendly! Great space near Keystone Resort's Peru Express and Beginner Areas, about a 7-10 minute walk from the condo. The space is very clean with new carpet, the most comfortable sectional I've ever sat on, a well appointed kitchen, and good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The Condo lodge is well cared for and clean with parking underneath accessed by code - so your vehicle isn't covered in snow and ice in the morning.Our only issue was that the dryer didn't work, but Skyrun quickly sent out a technician to look at the machine. I'm sure it will be fixed or replaced for the next tenant. Not a big deal, but nice to see how quickly and professionally they responded to our issue. Loved the underground parking too. We were disappointed the red wall featured in the ad was now white. That wall was the draw. The most comfortable beds are the bunk beds in the kids room. The King and Queen beds are super hard and the pillows are flat. Found more pillows in the Master closet that helped. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and only 4 washcloths to use. It was spacious and we liked the multiple balconies and the fact there were two en suite bathrooms. We used the fireplace every night, which was lovely and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook large meals (which we did) including basic spices, etc. There was noise from the neighbors above, starting aboutam each day; it almost sounded like they were constantly rearranging furniture. The walk to the new ski lift is about 0.5 mile so be prepared for a small trek. The elevator broke on our last day and the condo is a third floor unit, so we had to haul our entire family's luggage down the stairs and around the exterior of the building in freezing weather, which was the only real negative aspect. We didn't even run the heater while we were there. It really is a quick walk to the ski area. If skiing, you would want to do your rentals and lessons out of Mountain House. The bus is certainly available to get you to River Run, but everything you need is at Mountain House with fewer people. Overall, a very nice place to stay. We were happy with the location (~5-8 minute walk to the slopes), the beds, the showers, the available cooking tools and appliances, the washer/dryer, the grill, and loved the balconies. The only real negative was that the hot tubs were closed due to Covid, but of course we knew this beforehand. One thing that was not clear in the check-in package: We were only provided one parking pass with a "designated parking spot" and instructed to only park a second vehicle in guest parking. However, there were no designated parking spots or designated guest parking areas in the underground deck, so the instructions were not clear. In the end, we parked 2 vehicles in the deck and did not have any issues parking in whatever spots we wanted.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone! The proximity to the ski slopes was good, although the closest bus was not authorized to take people from this condo and the walk was a little long while carrying skis and equipment. The barbecue grills weren't working and one of the closet doors was off it's pivot brackets, but that was easily fixed. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked a little too small and a long walk from the lobby. Overall a good size condo, clean, good views, and with good location to the ski areas.
