Walk out of your condo and you're practically at the lift. There are also a few restaurants and shops in the Mountain House base area. Stayed Mar, 2023 Daddy/Daughter Ski Trip This nice little studio worked out fabulously for me and my girls (11 year old twins) for a last minute ski trip. The location is amazing. The new garage/street level ski lockers are large and very well organized. The powered door was a smart addition too. We loved the ease of skiing into base, a short walk, and then back into condo for lunch and breaks. Unit isn't huge, but it is very nicely updated. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was right on the Peru lift in Keystone. Theres a shuttle walking distance that will take you to the Keystone Village. All is very close and convenient. Parking was very easy for one vehicle.The room does get dry but they have a humidifier if needed which was nice. Overall, I would stay here again. If your looking for something almost like ski in/ski out for Keystone, this is definitely the right place! Meagan Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Overall, it's a solid place and fairly worth it for the quick and easy access to the slopes. As advertised. A few Cons: - Bed is a bit annoying to get on and off as an adult. It is pretty high and the steps aren't easy to finagle, I'd recommend they put a step ladder attached to the bed over the plank ladder, it would make it far easier to use the bed. The pillows were terrible. - Hot tubs did need cleaning & there were no towels in the spa area as advertised - Noise from outside is very loud. The windows / walls don't really block sound from outside. People in the parking lots + hot tub area could be clearly heard. The snow plows we're extremely loud at 6 am.- The light from the microwave is pretty obnoxious and doesn't go away.-If you have more than 1 car, parking is a nightmare.Other than that, I think it's a cute little place and aside from the bed situation I'd book this specific condo again. We hope SkyRun is able to host you in the future Megan Stayed Mar, 2022 Review This place is exactly as described, nice and easy walk to Peru lift, garage parking, a ski locker, access to hot tub, minimalist kitchen, and nice comfortable bed. The ski locker is VERY small, barely fit 2 snowboards with no room for any boots/jackets/etc. had to be kept in the room. Be ready to climb a small steps ladder to the bed after a long day of skiing, its a workout in itself! The bed is very comfortable though once you get up there. The place was very clean, well equipped kitchen, with very nice cosmetic updates compared to the age of the building. My only complaint would be the walls are VERY thin, and obviously nothing against owners that they can control, but if you get unlucky enough to have neighbors above you be prepared to be awaken or kept up by footsteps and voices right over your head in the bed. Daughter (20) enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was fully furnished sans dishwasher. Cable TV worked great with access to Netflix (own account), etc. Cons: The listing says it can accommodate 4 people, but only if two were little kids sharing the pullout couch. No dishwasher in this unit even though there were dishwasher soap pods. The raised bed was incredibly difficult to come down from and got very hot up there.
