Just steps away from the slopes this quaint studio is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family retreat. This studio features a queen size Murphy bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa that are both easily tucked away so you can make the most out of this space! The windows boast beautiful views of the mountains and supply wonderful background scenery to enjoy while sipping a hot cocoa after a day of activities in Keystone! The newly renovated kitchenette contains a full sized fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Slopeside is a great building for a ski vacation due to its close proximity to the Peru Lift at Mountain House base area. Walk out of your condo and you're practically at the lift. There are also a few restaurants and shops in the Mountain House base area. Mountain House has everything River Run can offer (except the gondola) without all the hustle bustle of those huge crowds. After a long day on the slopes, enjoy a soak in the Slopeside hot tubs, or take advantage of the communal grill for a summer cookout. Helpful ski locker in garage; easy parking. Numerous gear/luggage trolleys available. Hot tub is un-covered and mostly exposed to wind and weather; ground was icy/snow-covered, so that made hot tub a bit less relaxing. No sauna or changing areas as far as I found, but towels are available - covered but cold -- but fluffier than the in-unit bath towels! Host/property management was responsive and helpful. Kitchen was great.NEGATIVES: It's a bit annoying having to drive to the property management office for check-in; the lock-box did not work according to instructions given (maybe physically frozen), but thankfully on-site reception was able to help me. Definitely follow driving instructions given rather than following "Maps apps" navigation. Murphy bed was WAY LESS COMFORTABLE than I anticipated. Very stiff / thin mattress. The hot tubs face the mountain, so you can see the skiers as you relax with a drink. Spacious studio with two sets of windows that give you a great view of Buffalo Mountain and the snake river. Anusha Stayed Nov, 2022 Review The studio apartment was beautiful and clean, right by the mountains and less than a 10 minute drive away from the Keystone Ski Resort. The hot tubs overlook the mountains and on a clear night offer a beautiful view of the stars. The kitchen is well equipped, though I would not say it is quite large enough to do any real cooking.
