The ski locker in the garage gives you easy access to the mountain lodge lift. I would recommend a rental car if you want to go to Breckenridge and drive to Dillan nearby. We had 2 couples and was ample room, kitchen was equipped, bathrooms updated and views were fantastic!Look out the den to the slopes/ski school, the side to ski school/parking lot and the bedrooms to parking lots. The access from the slopes was a brief walk to the building & went right to the ski lockers in the heated garage. Would definitely stay here again. Sky Run was very east to work with and answered all of our questions.(only negative was one parking spot and if you parked at Slopeside you had to pay $25 for day & $25 for night parking). Also be aware that night skiing access is down to Mountain House but not up the Peru lift, so make sure you're up on the mountain before 4pm. Hot tub, while shared, was easy to get to and available for use. The only downside is that because it is so close to the mountain, if there are plows/garbage trucks very early in the morning (4:30-6:00am) it can be loud enough to wake you. The unit is 100 yards from Peru lift very nice and lots of windows for great views. Well stocked kitchen albeit a bit small but certainly functional. In season maintenance is needed for clogged bathroom sinks and a shade that had fallen pre visit but we didn’t report anything because we didn’t want to stick around waiting for maintenance so I cannot complain just a note for SkyRun to get on there if there’s a gap in bookings during the season. Will book again if I can directly with SkyRun as VRBO is a ripoff to both owner and renter (my opinion only). Again thanks for a nice stay at a nice quiet section of Keystone. It was perfect walking distance to the express chair lift and we were able to catch the bus to take us to river run. This was great for our kids (5 years old) we were able to drop them off at mountain house for ski lessons. The space was large enough for 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids.
