Excellent condo in a wonderful building with outstanding amenities. Building is very well cared for which makes it a very pleasant place to visit! Non-skiing times it is beautiful and easy walk to the village. During ski season, its still an easy walk to the village (down past lone eagle building there is a little path and then walk on the side of the ski run to where the ticket office is) and excellent ski in and out access via the bridge from the second floor!

Rental was great! We had our 2 grown kids with significant others and it was a great trip. Everything we needed and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Sauna, hot tub, pool and steam room were an added bonus that made our stay extra sweet! The beauty of the mountains and close walk to downtown shops were excellent. Would book again and looking forward to our next trip to keystone! Thanks

We have stayed at the Timbers previously, but in a different unit. We love the facility and surroundings. We loved our place except that the carpet had "waves" and needs to be stretched. Our only suggestion would be to have basic staples in the kitchen. All that was there was salt and pepper. We hope to stay again in the very near future for a longer period of time! Thank you Sky Run for being so professional and welcoming.

Great place to stay, clean 3 full baths are awesome. Location right by the lifts and ski in. However, there are absolutely no oils, seasoning or dish washer soap. Be prepared to buy things for the kitchen if wanting to cook. The beds are also not the most comfortable.

Perfect, quiet location

Plenty of space for 2 adults + 4 kids, beautiful building, convenient location, easy parking. We would definitely stay here again! Check-in at managers office was somewhat inconvenient as we were dependent on shuttle bus for transportation. Carpet in living room needs to be re-stretched or replaced. Otherwise the unit is perfect, and the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you SkyRun!!

Location of the property was great! Right on the ski hill.

Property is as good as it gets on the mountain! Perfect for our family. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little worn in. Hard to sleep at night when the bunk room beds squeaked. Overall good property, would stay here again!

What a great trip! We really enjoyed Keystone, the skiing, town and Timbers condo 3069! The condo is very clean and spacious with a lovely view and balconies! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment (did not see basic foodstuffs like sugar, salt or pepper), the washer and dryer were handy and there were plenty of towels and linens. The decor is cabin inspired and the Wi-fi and upgraded cable TV were great! Located basically on the mountain, your a quick walk or ski to everything in Keystone Village. While very pleasant, I think it may be time for a small refresh. For the price point, I think the carpet could use a spruce and the bedding and pillows could be upgraded. The building was great! Pool and hot tub were beautiful and cocoa and coffee in the lobby a nice touch. Parking was easy and was home to a very respectful and quiet crowed! Had a great time and cant wait to return!!!

Great spot in River Run

Condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to River Run Gondola and Summit Express. Ski/In and Ski/Out was easy even with a 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo just as pictured

This condo was amazing. As others have said, it is spacious, quiet, clean, and beautiful. We had plenty of space and hooks in the entry for all of our ski gear for a family of 6. It was so nice to have the 2 sets of bunk beds so all 4 of our kids had their own bed to sleep in. The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Since the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID restrictions, the large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was great after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need to cook with. The washer/dryer unit worked great. The underground garage was also nice. We would definitely recommend!

Great location of the suite - right by the gondola, lift, and the village. The suite itself is very spacious, stylish and cozy. We had everything we needed. Hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It was a great stay and we would stay there again.

We loved it!!! The condo is beautiful!!!! It has everything you need. Its a easy walk to shops and restaurants in Keystone. It was very quiet. The condo had great views of nature. Also, the pool was nicely heated. It was about 60 degrees outside but the pool was warm!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property! We are sad to leave it today. This place is perfect! Its spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated! To ski in off the slopes you take a hard left turn right at the end of Inas Way where it merges with Dercums Dash. We had a nice dip right off the slope that would get us most of the way there but we had to pull at the end or walk it, but its a very short walk! We came the second week of December and locals have been tellling us the snow hasnt been this good for YEARS!! Wow! We have been blessed for sure! LOVED it! Well be back!
