I will start by saying that this place is run by a fairly large rental property management business, which I think lets some things fall through the cracks. They gave me the wrong address originally, so it was difficult to locate. Eventually, we found it after calling the helpline (which was very helpful!) The place had everything that they said it had. It looked clean initially, but then we noticed some cat or dog hair on the chair in the corner and the shower had a lot of soap scum. They said that there was 4 days worth of shampoo/conditioner but there was only one little bottle of each and one little bar of body soap (and the shampoo was not great - we had to use a lot just to get it to lather). The hallways of the buildings were so gross and there were huge spots of mold on the carpet. I say, spend a little more and stay in river run - this is what we will do next time. Easy access to River Run village and all the shopping in Dillon and Silverthorn Alexandra Stayed Aug, 2023 Review The space was as expected and worked well for our purposes as a landing ground. The main feedback has to do with an incongruence between communication and space. There were several outdated pieces of communication both digitally and physically in the space around check-out instructions, parking, etc. For example, we were told to load the dishwasher for the cleaners and there was no dishwasher, so we hand washed every dish. This also made me wonder if these dishes are being sanitized between stays as we were handwashing with palm olive soap and putting dishes away. The bed was listed as a queen but was full-sized. For SkyRun, please do your best to update the communications (on airbnb, in your automated messages and on the physical lists in the space) around what to expect. The space itself is actually wonderful but it was difficult to understand how to navigate the facets of an Airbnb stay that I've found to be much easier in many other situations. We had access to a pool and hot tub in the building. The location is walking distance to the gondola and river run village which has restaurants/bars/shopping. Theres also a shuttle that comes approximately every 30 mins to take you if you dont want to walk. Theres also a brewery/coffee shop in the same plaza as the air bnb called Steep Brewing and Coffee Company. The beer and pizza were phenomenal and was only about a 2 second walk from the front entrance. We would definitely stay again! I do wish it had more amenities in terms of pots and pans etc but we made do with what was available so its not a big deal especially if you will not be cooking that much. Definitely walking distance from River Run village although harder to make the trek with kids and lots of gear. There is a comfortable lobby with an awesome fireplace, ample parking and the unit was in the first floor which was a plus for us. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable & lots of pillows! There were a few minor things that are definitely needed: kitchen doesn’t have a sufficient size trash cans (small bathroom size), there is NO towel rack or place to hang wet towels in bathroom and there was only 1 hanger in the closet. We ended up hanging wet jackets, clothes & towels over every surface available. We stayed 6 nights & needed more than 4 towels for the week.
