The living room features a flat-screen TV, a Sonos sound system, and brand new comfortable furnishings. Look out your window and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges while you enjoy quality time with family and friends. The large private patio features furniture and a grill for summer cookouts. On the first floor of the home, there is a second living room where you can cozy up on the large sectional and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is also a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
 The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private patio entrance, and walk in closet. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a large standing shower. The 3 guest rooms feature queen sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
 After a long day on the slopes, take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub!  The surrounding area has several hiking trails, a soothing walking trail along the river, and opportunity to view Colorado wildlife during the warmer months. Enjoy fly fishing, paddle boating, scenic drives and more when you come to Colorado during the summer and spring! With skiing being the main attraction to Keystone, there is a convenient shuttle stop located just a short walk from the home. River Run is the closest village which has access to the Gondola, but Mountain House is only a short drive/shuttle ride from the village that has access to the Peru chairlift. Guests of the Alders also receive access to the Dakota Lodge Pool and Hot Tub in River Run Village. Just stayed here for Christmas with another family. We had 4 adults and 4 children and this house was perfect. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs made excellent sleeping arrangements. A full size washer and dryer was great as we were able to keep our baselayers clean daily.The open concept kitchen/dining/living was great for evenings together, and playing board games! The balcony right off the living room has a wonderful view of the mountains- a great place to enjoy yoir coffee in the morning! The private hottub was incredible after our long days of skiing!! The location of this house was so perfect - tucked away for some privacy but only a 3-4 minute drive to the slopes! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Keystone!

Gorgeous House & Great Location

My husband and I stayed here in February for a ski vacation with friends. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with everything we might need. The free shuttle was steps away and Keystone was minutes away. After a long day of skiing, the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. It's completely private and nestled at the bottom of a hill. We actually saw a moose! I highly recommend staying here. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhome. The 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) allowed us all to spread out and have our own space. The home was extremely clean, well appointed, and the hot tub was a hit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 was that the pullout sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Two of our guests came to visit us from Steamboat and actually left a day early because of it (and trust me these aren't picky people). I'm sure kids would find it perfectly acceptable but would suggest the owners consider replacing it. Other than that, we loved the place, the location, and management was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Elegant Condo - Short Walk to the Lifts and Village

We had a great time again at 54 Outpost! There are lots of options in Keystone, but we always go back to 54 Outpost. There’s plenty of room to spread out, watch some football and relax in the tastefully appointed condo. We really enjoyed the private hot tub on the back patio - especially when it’s snowing! Beautiful views, a comfortable home, a garage and gracious hosts! You can’t go wrong.

Awesome property

We had a wonderful extended family gathering at the property. It has a great upstairs open floor plan, great for family hang time. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and everything needed to cook meals. Beds were all very comfortable. The property was well cleaned and cared for. Hot tub was a plus! Great location. Management company was great to work with, very responsive and went above and beyond to get us some lost car keys left in the unit. Great experience, can't wait to return!

We had an enjoyable stay (5 stars). Great townhome, even better than the pictures. Prime location, quiet. very clean, a really good value. Our only negative was that we found the Wi-Fi to be intermittent and slow.

Nicely decorated home with amazing views! The property is conveniently accessible to Keystone Resort. Shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations are also conveniently located. Basic amenities provided are very helpful and appreciated. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

Great family vacation house

Very happy with the place and the overall service. You definitely feel like you arrive and the place is a second home for the owners that they are nice enough to share with others. The furniture and bedding were great and the house itself was laid out nicely with a main floor and also a downstairs that had two of the extra bedrooms and a separate living area with a nice sleeper sectional and huge tv that was great for the kids or when adults wanted to watch different shows. My only recommendation and mostly personal preference is for one of the rooms to possible have two twins as with children if sharing a room always nice to put them each into their own bed and not have to share but that’s not a complaint by any means. Amazing house and we had a great family vacation and our boys are already asking when we can go back to stay at the 54 again.

Elegantly Comfortable

Our family has stayed at this property three times and each time was fabulous. The main floor is excellent for being together and watching TV or reading with the fireplace adding a warm touch. When it snows, there’s no better place to be than in the private hot tub right on the back patio!The bedrooms are all large and well laid out and it’s just a short walk to the Keystone Village and ski lifts. The WI-FI works great so it’s no problem if you have to sneak in a few hours of work. We like this property so much we’ve been back three times. Highly recommend!

We had a great 3 nights here. The house is in an ideal location. We were able to ski Breck, Beaver and Keystone in 3 days. The hot tub was great. The interior is like new and the views spectacular! We would love to come again next time out!
