Shared amenities at Settler’s Creek include a heated pool, two hot tubs, and a clubhouse with TVs and a pool table. The entryway offers storage for your gear, and the oversized heated garage fits large vehicles with ski boot and ski racks. The main level features a bright living area with a large flat-screen TV, seating, and a stone gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area seat six, with access to the deck. The first master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a queen and full-sized bed plus a 55" TV. The upstairs master suite boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. There’s also a private washer and dryer. Conveniently located on the ski shuttle route, with pickups every 20 minutes during ski season, just steps from the door. The location was perfect for us to ski at Loveland and we even saw moose 2 days in a row, just around the corner from the condo which was a big highlight. The condo was extremely well equipped with everything (and more) we needed for a comfortable stay. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would love to come back? The home is as pictured and worked well for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Ms. Pac Man video game was enjoyed by all! So nice being close to the slopes. We ran water in tub thinking it may have been coming from the trap. Having windows open is only thing that helped. Not sure where it was coming from. It was nice that there were box fans. Room darkening shades in sleeping areas would be better. Shades in kitchen and living room would also be nice at night. Felt like we were in a fishbowl. And the temperature upstairs was not managed easily. Maybe a window A/C unit or something would help. Loved the heated flooring, especially in the entryway from the garage/front door. The entryway had a nice bench and little lockers for keeping boots, jackets and helmets - nice touch. The garage was clean and had room for us to park our Sequoia in. The master bedroom, bath, closet were great with plenty of space. The boys enjoyed the queen-double bunk beds in their room, and the arcade game was an added bonus. The large kitchen table made it fun for group meals and games. The place was very clean too.
