Place has a good layout, with a couple minor comments to improve. Carpeting is on its last leg… stained and not cleaned well. There are only a handful of cups in the cupboard. However, there were over 60 pieces stemware. So, our teen boys were drinking milk out of wine glasses throughout the trip. Finally, there was literally one dish towel, and one roll of paper towels. Again, not a crisis, but was inconvenient, particularly given the preliminary price paid for the rental.

Great stay. Will be back. 2 families with 4 adults, 6 kids and we were super comfortable. A few pieces of advice:-If you have a large SUV/truck, don't plan on being able to get into small garage. Also, snow makes the spot in front of garage even tighter with the neighbor spots being used.-No vacuum in unit-65x wine glasses (we counted)!! No plastic cups for kids, make sure to bring some Solo cups for your kiddos.

Super close to the Keystone slopes and very accommodating to 9 guests. It was clean and had a great kitchen for cooking meals after a long after a long day of skiing.

Generally property was nice. Needs some updating and new cookware. The Teflon coating was scratched and not safe. Some beds were not very comfortable (mine was fine!). Great pillows! Very convenient to pool and hot tub. Trash removal was a bit of a problem. Couldnt find instructions where to put trash. Finally asked other residents but that was a hassle to take to dumpsters in the snow. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful! Would definitely return!

We really liked the property - location, space, interaction with SkyRun personnel were all exceptional. The one issue was the kitchen. Pots and pans were iffy, stove is outdated, and baking sheets were only useable with foil overlay.

Ski trip 2021

Great location and extremely nice accommodations. The couches and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked ( other than an oven mitt - all we had was one wet towel), and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. We loved having a separate area for all the wet boots and cubbies for all the gloves and scarves. The TH is also right next to the shuttle stop. The communication with Sky Run was also incredibly efficient. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay with excellent hosts. It was very clean and neat and any questions we had were answered quickly. We only had a few. The location is excellent as it is close to the River Run shops and Gondola. Its about a mile walk. We also rented bikes there. Also only about 10 to 15 minutes to Silverthorne and 20 minutes to Frisco, which is a great little place. Bike trails from this place take you to basically everywhere. They also had plenty of dishes and glasses and a large refrigerator if that matters. This property appears bigger in the pictures than what it actually is so keep that in mind when booking. The beds are all good but the living space is not as big. The pool is also much smaller if and when you are able to use it. One last thing. There is not a lot of privacy on the deck as the other properties are very close.

Our stay in Keystone was excellent! SkyRun did a great job to communicate with us before, during and after our stay and provided some great local tips upon check-in. The space was perfect for our group of two families (four adults and three children under 10) with a nice living room, dining room, kitchen area we used the most. The outdoor patio was quiet although a little close to the other condos but felt secluded later in the evening up against the towering trees. We dubbed the downstairs room with a bunk bed, large couch and TV the girl cave as our little ladies enjoyed their weekend together. The adults loved the separation of space as well knowing the kids were safe and having fun without grownups. The neighborhood is very quiet and the nightly walks to the Snake River were peaceful. We look forward to booking this location again on our travels to Summit County!

Nice location and layout

Nice location good for families or groups. No complaints. Would have liked a few more cooking appliances, tools for serious cooks but adequate. Expanded seating in main living room would also be a plus but adequate.

Review

Check in and out was smooth and painless. Comms with SkyRun were very responsive. We were in town for a wedding at Ski Tip Lodge, and this is within walking distance to that and River Run village. It was a great set up for a fall weekend away, and comfortably accommodated three couples and two singles.

Items that need to be addressed on the property

Loose boards on the landings both up and down lower stairs carpet strips on the stairs need to be secured because they are dangerous we had two people slip outside light above the garage is out outside light on the back patio is out back patio door Has to be slammed in order to close it vanity light in master bath vanity is out lights on ceiling fans need separate instructions because you can push them on the remote The remote and it will affect different rooms instead of just one there needs to be specific instructions on where to take the trash when you take it downstairs All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was a great location

Wonderful getaway

Settlers creek was so much fun!The pool and cabin was a great place for our family to relax and the cabin we stayed in was perfect accommodations for us would defiantly rent your unit agin.We stay in keystone regularly and always stay at Settlers creek! Thank you

Great location and comfy beds

This place worked very well for a big group and we loved having the shuttle right our the front door. The managers, Skyrun, were great to work with and very helpful.

Keystone is great for kids, we skied breck last year and will never go back.
