They have a lockbox with access to your key and checkin instructions that is easily accessible. SkyRun employee's were easy to get ahold of via text and responded during working hours instantly. We had to have the cleaning crew come back due to the top bunks not cleaned and an area of the kitchen that was missed. Not only did they come the following day after we arrived, they did an entire deep clean and refunded our cleaning fee. Unfortunately the previous guest lost the key to the ski locker (located outside) so we were unable to use it. That was an HOA problem, not SkyRun, they reached out to the HOA for a new key but were unable to get us one during our stay. Kids loved the pool and hot tub (we had to ourselves one night). We had the convenience of the gondola and the resort being extremely close to us and plenty of options for dining out. The condo was very cozy and had plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had super easy access to the pool and hot tubs-right out the front door. The shuttle bus stop is literally right across the street to get to the slopes, shopping, downtown and local restaurants. Driving into the neighborhood, we were transformed to a winter wonderland. We loved how close we were to the gondola and that we were directly across the street from the pool, hot tubs and shuttle bus stop. This was our first time in Keystone and we had such a great time. This unit is literally right across from the pool (and 2 hot tubs) and game room, which was awesome. It's also super close to the gondola and the shuttle stop. There are several hiking trails just steps away. Not only did we pick a bunch of wild raspberries but we had a visit from the friendly resident moose as well. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and there are lots of games in the media cabinet. Everything was top notch. I would stay here again absolutely. Carl M. Stayed Dec, 2022 Great ski trip! We had the absolute best time, we played in the snow, went skiing ( only like a 3 minute drive to the keystone resort, or 10 minute walk). The house was very clean, had all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, strainer, knives, etc. It’s equipped with a washer and dryer. And the fireplace! ? The area is very safe and very well maintained. It’s right across the clubhouse with a pool table and also has a pool and hot tubs. So you know we got in the hot tub in the middle of a snowy day.. we took so many pictures and made life lasting memories with our two little ones.
