Enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Having a full kitchen was nice. The location was perfect with easy access to the slopes either by bus or self parking. Condo was located directly across from the clubhouse/hot tub which was very convenient.

This was a last minute trip for us to make a getaway to the mountains for NYE and snowboarding at A-Basin. I was so happy to see that we made the right choice to not stay in a hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the pool, hot tubs, and bus pickup. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked without any issues. The property manager was great, very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Keystone Fall Weekend

Wonderful vacation escape just 1.5 hours from Denver. The townhome was exceptionally clean and well stocked. From our front door we walked 3 miles on paved walking/biking trails and a nature trail that topped a ridge with a spectacular mountain view. Peaceful, quiet location with hot tubs just across the street. Great customer service and communication.

The condo was perfect! Exactly what we needed. Close to gondola at keystone (even a bus that takes you right to keystone village), but far enough away that it wasnt to busy. Hot tub with heated pool, and a pool table inside the facility by the pool. We had a perfect vacation and will surely be back next year.

Amazing Colorado

We have been coming to Colorado for the past 6-7 years (at Christmas) and renting through the resort. This year we decided to use Sky Run. They did not disappoint. Sky run was so easy to work with. We needed an extra air mattress and after two not working, they went out and bought us a brand new one. Worked like a charm. They will go above and beyond for their renters. I highly recommend renting from sky run. My only minor comment, If I had one, would be that the ceiling fans needed dusted. But over all I will give them a 5 star rating for everything. And we look forward to renting through them again.

Great location, cozy condo. Could use more kitchen items.

This property was well suited for us (4). Roomy enough for our 2 night stay. I would recommend. Parking can be challenging if you have more than one vehicle with a lot of snow. That said, condo could use some more kitchen items to make the stay less frustrating. Kitchen utensils and pots/pans were not consistent. It was missing some things all together with too much of other things (eg. 3 can openers). Regarding the sink, the food disposal needs a good cleaning since it smelled. And there were no cleaning items (eg: a sponge). With tenants coming for short-term rentals, we generally do not expect to 'bring everything'. Its hard to get the kitchen supplies right in any rental but a good selection of utensils, (clean and newer) pots and pans go a long way with tenants who are looking to return.

Our property manager Eric was very responsive and nice. The townhouse was just as listed. The location is right across from the hot tub and pool. There is shuttle service to Keystone village at 07 and 37 past the hour. The shuttle stop is two doors down. I highly recommend this townhouse.

Loved the comfortable condo, beautiful views, and peace and quiet!

My son and I stayed in a lovely condo in Settler's Creek for 5 days and just loved it. The condo layout was great for us, bedrooms at the opposite ends. The kitchen was well outfitted and the living room with the window facing the trees and snow in the open space the condo backed up on were wonderful. We used the push button fireplace every evening and loved the coziness. Heartily recommend this place to others!

Beautiful townhouse close to everything but still off the beaten path.

Wonderful property located close to Keystone ski village but still far enough away to feel private and secluded. Well appointed townhouse; easy check-in/out process. Right across the street from the hot tub and pool area. Nice trails around the property and neighboring ones, a little creek nearby, and a trail to walk or bike to the ski village. Perfect.

Mountain Comfort

My 3 granddaughters and I just had a most enjoyable time staying at 6532 Settlers Creek and exploring Summit County. This townhome has a peaceful mountain setting with patio facing the forest. There are walking and hiking options right out the front door. The girls went snow tubing at the top of the mountain where there was still plenty of snow, and we also rented bikes.This cozy unit is a great size for four people. It was clean and updated. We cooked, played cards & games, enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. SkyRun was great to work with. I recommend them!

Weekend get away

I stayed here with my 2 children for a long weekend. Property was exactly what we were looking for. The shuttle is right across the street and takes less than 5 minutes to get to river run. Pool and hot tub is also directly across the street. The condo is updated and in great condition and the lay out creates space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo in Perfect Location!!

This condo was so perfect and relaxing!! The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The gas fireplace made the unit so cozy. It backs up to the woods where we went on a short snowshoe out of the back door. It is beautifully decorated and appears to have been updated since the photos. There was a heated pool and two hot tubs and clubhouse directly across the street from the unit. The hot tubs were so quiet and peaceful to relax in after skiing. Unlike in River Run, the clubhouse area didn't get loud and crowded. The shuttle was very convenient and had frequent stops right across the road from the condo. There was also an on call shuttle that we could call at anytime which would take us almost anywhere in Keystone. We used it on a couple occasions to go out to dinner. This was a perfect vacation. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Condo - Unfortunate Experience

This condo is really gorgeous, it is super clean and tidy and well decorated. Not extravagant but definitely along the lines of your own home! We could not have been more happy with the condo itself.

The downside, like another review I read, the sound attenuation between the unit upstairs is pretty scarce. The chandelier over the dining table actually shook, this didn't bother some of us but definitely bothered others. The water never actually got steaming, but was more luke warm the entire time and the keys to the little common area with the pool and hot tub were not working. We ran in to another person having the same issue, but it sure looked nice!

Those were bummers, but really didn't overwhelm our experience by any stretch. We were still so happy with our stay and the beautiful area it was in... would choose the upstairs unit if we had the opportunity : ) I would choose this over a ski resort condo any day!

This place made me fall in love with Keystone

I had a girl's night out in Keystone a week ago and we stayed at 6532 Settlers Creek Townhome for a night. With all the condos and townhomes I have stayed over the years on vacation and travel, this is one of the best places that's so homey and welcoming. The two bedrooms, two baths are big enough for up to medium-sized families or a group of friends. There is also a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed to accommodate more. It is professionally decorated throughout with mountain lodge decor and spotless inside out. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots/pans and utensils if you'd like to cook your meals.

The unit is set with a picturesque mountain view from the rear of the unit. You may jump to the hot tub across the street or use the jetstream bath in the unit if you need to soak the achy muscles after a day on the slope. It's within walking distance to ski lifts,shops and restaurants.

I don't know why I'd never stayed in Keystone before. It's a small town, but full of charms and hospitality. It offers the amenities of Vail without the hype, price tag and pretentiousness. If you've been dying to vacation in Colorado, keep this townhome (6532 Settlers Creek) on your short list. You won't regret it.

The unit is in the quite corner of great resort. There is something to do every day. One of Colorado's finest restaurants is a short walk. There are miles of maintained hiking and bike available .
