It’s in River Run Village, but not right in the center, so you avoid most of the noise while still being close to everything. The space was comfortable for our family of four, and the walk to the gondola was easy—even with two kids and all their gear. The only downside was the bedding. David Whitacre Stayed Mar, 2026 Location 10/10 Parking 10/10 Bed 1/10 - so hard and old could not sleep through the night at all. In fact we considered blowing up the air mattress. Pillows 1/10 - pillows we flat they were so old. The extra pillows didnt have pillow cases. One of them was so worn it was ripped open and stuffing was coming out. Couch 3/10- very worn mattress has stains I can honestly say I will not be back due to the bed and pillow situation. I can deal with almost anything with this condo, but the bed is absolutely unacceptable. You shouldnt have to ski all day for 3 days and not be able to sleep. Property management was great and responsive. Recommend staying in a different unit, w a different owner. Pricing is not that different. Pamela Vaziri Stayed Mar, 2026 The ski gondola is practically outside the door. Many restaurants and businesses within steps. It is not the most quiet place but I don’t sleep well in altitude anyway. My 6 year old slept like a rock. The place was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the check in is off site. I didn’t rent a car so I had to ask the van driver with a full load to make an extra stop. It was rough because we were stuck in traffic for several hours and nobody wanted to make an extra stop. However the beds (bedroom and couch in the living room) really need to be upgraded or replaced. They are very uncomfortable, squeaking and floppy mattresses. I’d echo other reviews and say that the condo interior is very run down and in need of updates. The couch is broken down and not comfortable to relax on. The bed creaked each time one of us moved during the night. We had to sleep with windows open despite turning the heat completely off . The linens have seen better days as well. Overall , it was a place to sleep but didn’t feel cozy or welcoming or particularly clean. Check in was easy and great , parking is great. The location was perfect, and in walking distance to restaurants, shops, live music, and of course the ski hill. We used the hot tub and sauna that was on the main floor. Check-in was pretty easy, we just had to pick up our key cards and parking/check-out information from another lodge. The place looked exactly like the photos.
