Parking was easy and convenient. Stores, shop, and restaurants are all walking distance. The unit was clean and cozy. The only major issue was that it was super loud due to the ongoing construction that was happening on the street below. If we decide to ski Keystone again, I would happily book this unit again. Wally Stayed Feb, 2024 Well centered in the Village Great location and close to gondola lift. Pretty much in the center of the village. Easy walk to all the Village restaurants. Garage and door Key pickup was offsite and simple. Lodge located on 2nd floor was clean and the appliances we used all worked. Has a small humidifier that is great for those of us not used to the dry weather. Did not used the hot tub because it was not working. The Dokota Lodge hot tub pool was available for use, but is a litter bit further walk. Would stay again. Shelby Stayed Jan, 2024 Review Really cute place with everything you could need for your stay. Very nice location! We had difficulty with check-in as we were given incorrect information. Luckily, a super helpful maintenance person happened to walk in and help us! Kim Stayed Jan, 2024 Location can’t be beat This was our second stay at this condo and part of the reason we like it so much is because of the location. It’s so close to everything in river run and the main gondola and kids ski school. Also the condo is clean and well appointed. We had a slight issue with a leak under the sink at check in, but the condo rental management company was quick to send someone out and fix it. Overall this condo is great and easily accessible, and it’s a bonus that it faces towards the mountain so you can get a glimpse of the skiers. Lorinda Stayed Sep, 2023 Review Had a great visit, place as advertised. There was construction across the street that was loud, but that wasn't the host's fault. Mary Watkins Stayed Jul, 2023 8115 Arapahoe Lodge First time staying at 8115 Arapahoe Lodge condo. The condo is in a perfect location in Keystone River Run close to all activities, i.e. pool and hot tubs, putt putt, bike rental, Keystone Jazz Fest, restaurants. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony is very secluded behind some aspen trees and practically sits right on mountain. I would highly recommend staying at 8115 Arapahoe Place again. Gilles Stayed May, 2023 Review It was perfect, all the way. Jamison Stayed May, 2023 Will try to rent again. Drove out for a few more days skiing and snowboarding. Pleasant trip. This place worked great. Was by myself, but the couch looks like a hideabed and you could sleep 4 reasonably. Nice view, at least until whatever is starting to be built across the street goes up. Cheers. Joe C. Stayed Mar, 2023 Perfect Everything what we expected John K. Stayed Mar, 2023 Great Location Right in the middle of all that is happening at River Run! Ernest Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Love staying in keystone always a great stay. Super close to mountain great communication. No issues. Will be back next year for year 3!!! Vladan D. Stayed Jan, 2023 Awesome It had it all we needed and beyond. kim t. Stayed Jan, 2023 So close to lifts This condo was really clean and well equipped for our first ski trip to keystone. We were so close to the ski school drop off and ski lifts that I dont think we could have gotten closer. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of hooks to hang up coats/ski bibs and towels . We had a little issue when we got to the condo , in that the keypad code we were given didnt work. But I called the property manager and they gave us another one within minutes. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 4. Dia G. Stayed Oct, 2022 Perfection This is a special property. Obviously loved and well cared for. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. Host's response: Thanks for joining us Dia! We hope to host you again in Keystone! Bruce and W. Stayed Aug, 2022 Get away Just as expected but was disappointed in lack of activity in area. Host's response: Thank you for the review Bruce! Sherry N. Stayed Aug, 2022 Awesome! Awesome! Host's response: Thank you for the review Sherry! We hope you enjoyed your stay and will see you in the future. Stacey Stayed Aug, 2022 Review The unit was just perfect for our stay, and we would return again. It was well appointed and served us perfectly. There were some minor cleaning issues that I have reported to the property managers, but where it really counts, the unit was clean and decorated just like a mountain retreat should be! PSA: Some reviews bragged about the winter view from the balcony, but in the summer, the aspens still have full foliage and that blocks your view of the mountain almost completely. It is still a great room, but be advised if you like a room with a view. It is a great place to stay---and you will not be disappointed. Leslie H. Stayed Jun, 2022 Great property!!! Condo was very nice very quiet very cleangreat for a 2person getawaywould stay again. Host's response: Hi LeslieSo happy you enjoyed your stay!ThanksSkyrun Team Ellen Stayed Mar, 2022 Review Excellent location, extremely close to the main Gondola. In the heart of River Run with easy access to shops and restaurants. Bernardo C. Stayed Mar, 2022 Awesome place and so close to the lifts/gondola Awesome place so close to the lifts/gondola/restaurants/convenience store Sarah K. Stayed Mar, 2022 Great We booked this property because of it's proximity to the gondola. The condo offered everything we needed for a comfortable, week-long stay. The underground heated garage was an added bonus. Michele H. Stayed Feb, 2022 Keystone getaway... We enjoyed our stay in Keystone. This condo was great for access to the mountain as well as centrally located for restaurants/shops. Dillon is only a 10 min drive and offers many options for dining, shopping etc. Jesse Stayed Feb, 2022 Review My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! There are a bunch of homey touches, yet the condo doesnt feel dated or worn. This is in contrast to the lodge its located in, which could use some updating (slow elevators, worn furnishings). The pictures are very accurate, but actually dont do the view justice. From the living room, balcony and bedroom, you get a great view of the mountain. You can watch people skiing and snowboarding down the mountain. Extremely convenient location. We chose to do ski lessons which were literally 15-20 steps from the front of the lodge. For people unused to walking in ski equipment, this was everything. There is a combo general store/liquor store/souvenir shop that is actually attached to the lodge which we took advantage of. The hosts do a great job putting together all the essential information (phone numbers, restaurant tips, etc.) youll need in a binder and were communicative. Having to first stop by their office to pick up the check-in packet/room keys wasnt a big deal and went pretty smooth. One issue that needs to be corrected - The bedroom window doesnt have blackout curtains, which means the bedroom fills with light relatively early in the morning. Highly recommend you bring an eye mask if you arent planning on waking up at the crack of dawn. Luckily, we did have eye masks to put on so it wasnt a huge issue for us.Overall, we would definitely stay again!! Thomas Stayed Jan, 2022 Review Great location. Excellent unit. Doug S. Stayed Jan, 2022 Nice updated unit in great location. We have stayed in a lot of units in River Run and found this place last-minute. We were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality update of this 1 bdrm. unit. Although small, the unit has been tastefully furnished with the proper sized furniture. There is no dining room table but our family (2 adults and 1 teen) found it easy to eat at the 4 person breakfast bar. Many times small units are overfilled with large furniture but this one was just right. Big bedroom with king bed, nice sized sofa sleeper and the bathroom is great. The refrigerator is 3/4 size so keep that in mind if you are planning a lot of meals in the unit. The kitchen is fine for cooking but lacks much cabinet space (2 cabinets are locked for owner use which didn't help). There is adequate cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. for most meals - including croc pot, but no blender. Nice dual coffee machine (carafe and Keurig). The location of Arapahoe Lodge is outstanding. Close to gondola/lifts and right in the village. Perfect! Underground parking is awesome (height good for full size Yukon with ski rack on top). This would be a 5 star unit except we ran into a couple issues. First, we had no key cards upon check-in. They were not included in our packet (which is picked up at SkyRun lock box several blocks away). SkyRun staff were great when we called and they brought us some key cards within a few minutes. The key cards hanging in the unit on lanyards were not active so they are useless (we used the temp ones provided by SkyRun for our stay). That was discovered when we were locked-out of the building after skiing because we only had the regular unit keys with us. Luckily someone let us in the lobby and the unit itself has an electronic combo lock on it so we were able to get in. Secondly, the dishwasher was broken and would not drain. We called and maintenance came the same day but were unable to fix it. Hopefully it's been fixed since we left. Finally, the gas grill for the building did not work. Your key will access the facilities for neighboring buildings Buffalo and Dakota and there is a gas grill at Buffalo that works. Relatively small issues and we would highly recommend this unit for a small group (either parents with one teen, or two small children), any more than that and it would be too tight. Lori B. Stayed Jan, 2022 Great location in River Run Condo is updated and great location in River Run. On the backside of the Village with views of River Run slopes. Very quiet at night without the noise of the village. Cleaning service needs to do a bit of a better job. Mike P. Stayed Jan, 2022 New Year Trip This was a great property. Very clean! Close to the slopes and very enjoyable. Autumn Stayed Dec, 2021 Review Fantastic location, beautiful space with all of the amenities! Loved having the hot tub down stairs, and the balcony to hang out on for breakfast and lunch! Really cant beat views of the slopes from your (giant, comfortable) bed each morning!Sole challenge we had during our stay was at check-in. I only received confirmation of booking at the time of booking acceptance, no further messages etc. and because I do not continue to scan listings after I book I did not notice that the listing (in checkin details) asked that folks text their email address for entrance instructions. Day of arrival we headed out (knowing where the resort was), only entering the listing for checkin instructions when we were about 10 minutes out. I called immediately, but it was after hours (6pm on a Friday) so only had the option to leave a voicemail. I messaged in the app, and admittedly did not receive a response to that email until 5 hours later. When we gained access to our checkin instructions (packet provided at the Sky Run office, not at the lodge we were staying in) we were advised to use our FOBs for the parking garage but there were no FOBs in our packet. The team, fortunately, meet us at the lodge the next morning to provide us with FOBs and we had a seamless stay after.Only recommendation: if you book, make sure the team has your email address for checkin instructions as they do not provide them in the app! Provided you do this Im sure youll have a seamless, fantastic stay! AnnMarie Stayed Dec, 2021 Review This is a perfect home base for skiing at Keystone. The building is right in the village, walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. It's also one of the closer buildings to the gondola. It's well-equipped with everything you'd need for a ski retreat. Note that it's a tad cozy and there's no dining table, but there's a bar with four stools and a big coffee table, so it's more than adequate for a couple. Oh, and it's done up in mountain style--if you love moose, bears, and canoe paddles, this place is for you!
