Walkable to the gondola and the kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the amenities, including the ski lockers and hot tubs. We also had access to the Dakota's Lodge pool and hot tubs as well, which was awesome. The unit is located above or near some type of fan or generator, which was not noticeable during the day but the hum was definitely loud at night and made sleep almost impossible in the main bedroom. The King mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The unit was one of the lower price options available and we thought provided a lot of value. This is one of the buildings that is right in the center of the village and has multiple entrances and exits to get to the slopes, shops, etc. We came in for a quick 3 night stay early on in the ski season and it was just what we needed. Slightly older amenities, but had everything we needed, so not a problem at all. There was the bed in the main room and a pull out couch bed. We could just take the elevator down one floor to get out to the slopes or head the the sauna, hot tub or ski lockers. Nice fireplace as well for a cold night. You need to pick up a packet before going to the unit across the road, but it has very clear instructions on parking, amenities, etc so was helpful. Good Times Nice place, easy to get to lifts. You can either use the hot tubs in the same building or walk via underground garage over to the Dakota building to use the larger pool and hot tubs. My only complaint is that there is not much storage for your luggage and gear in the unit. The kitchen also is equipped with the most basic of cookware. Not the most helpful if you are cooking meals in, but it worked. Towels and linens could use an update. All of theses things can be easily overlooked due to being in a prime spot. Lauren M. Being able to walk back from the mountain with children was wonderful. The suite was a bit small for a family of four, but definitely doable with the pullout couch.
