The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and large windows boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Off of the living room is a private balcony where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning and take in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Serve your family at the round dining table which seats 4 people comfortably. The bedroom features a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Silver Mill is an amenity rich building, featuring a large lobby with a comfortable sitting area and pool table, ski lockers, a fitness room, communal laundry room, and communal grill for summer cookouts. After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or outdoor heated pool. You'll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter-mile south (a two-minute walk). Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities are right outside your door. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner-tubing, and night skiing. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you're interested in a change of scenery. You'll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne. Art Fritzson Stayed Jul, 2025 Review First all the important things - the place was exactly as described, it was very clean and very complete, the views were almost as good as pictured but there is still some nearby construction (but not noisy). Easy to connect to wifi and the speed was perfectly acceptable. I have some limitations on my ability to walk but everything in the River Run village was right in the "backyard" and the Gondola is only another block.The underground parking was convenient, easy to access and I always found a spot right near the elevators. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is a longish walk from the elevator but you get used to it. Check in was easy, just stopped at Skyrun and everything was ready for me. The directions were a bit confusing and probably should be updated e.g. "use the building side of your key" to enter the garage. Huh? You get three card keys, they are all the same, there is no "building side" and all three open the building, garage, and apartment. I didn't make much use of the kitchen but it looked fairly complete. The bedroom had quality linens and plenty of towels The bathroom had plenty of pressure and the hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower and at both sinks. The condo is clean, well stocked (kitchen utensils and towels), and amazingly quiet. The 60 second walk to the gondola, three hot tubs on site, access to the heated pool and large hot tub, and short walk to dinner or groceries- it is a perfect condo for a long ski weekend. If youre looking for updated kitchen/bathroom/carpeting this is not for you. It is exactly as described and we got to check in about 45 min early which we really appreciated. The fan in the bathroom doesnt work and its way overdo for a dusting but that was the only cleanliness issue. The bed has one of those 3-4in mattress toppers which is uncomfortable for my husband and I. The balcony and fireplace was nice to have and we enjoyed the Netflix/Roku access. We didnt use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. Lots of restaurants just outside the condo too.This is our 2nd time staying in river run village, and you cant beat the location. From this condo, its about a 5 min walk to the gondola, which operates for night skiing as well. Its also near a Christys sports for ski rentals and gear you mightve forgotten. Pro tip- this unit is a ridiculously long walk to the elevator. Use the stairs around the corner to get outside. Mark Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Overall Great place. Great location. Very clean. As described. Needs better instructions on finding it through garage once you've picked up keys. Garage is very confusing. Also, it's says you will be charged $35 for room keys not left in condo upon checkout, but if you leave your car in garage past checkout, which is allowed, you need the room key to get back into building/garage.
