Stayed Apr, 2023 Great Property This property was a great place to stay and a convenient location. There was only one item that impacted our stay. The baseboard heating in the unit was not functioning. There were space heaters available and we used two plus the gas fireplace to keep the unit comfortable. I would have expected to notified in advance of checking in about the heating issue. Glad we had a work around because overall the unit was great. TVs and wifi worked just fine. Underground garage is heated with good access to elevators. Located on River Run but not super close to amenities. Will definitely book this place again! Michele L. Stayed Mar, 2021 Fantastic Location Myself, husband and our 9 year old son recently stayed at this condo for a long weekend of skiing/boarding. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from the lifts. This condo is managed by an outside management company and I find with these you will not get in much before your check in time and that was true here. One really nice thing is the management company let us pick up a temporary parking pass on arrival, so we could park in the garage before check in. However, the negative is you have to go back to the management company location to get the key at check in (4PM), which is not walkable from the condo. Overall the condo was very clean. And the views from every window are fantastic. It was a good size for our small family of 3 and we enjoyed the quiet location at the end of the hall. The building only has 1 hot tub which was full morning, afternoon and evening, every time we walked by which was a bummer and the pool was closed. Condo was missing some things like a spatula for flipping eggs and a big knife for cutting bread. Loved the guest book. Super cute. Had draining issues in the bathroom that we let management know about, but it didn't affect us much as we were only there for 2 nights. I would absolutely recommend this condo to a couple or small family. Quiet, beautiful views, great location. Stayed Mar, 2016 Fantastic experience! This condo was perfect for the four of us. It is laid out to make the best use of space more any condo we have ever rented. It was clean and even had a few spices and oils for cooking that we had forgotten 🙂 Because it faces the mountain, being able to watch the skiers was also a plus. The only drawback is that it is directly above the garage entrance, which wasn't an issue because we were on the slopes during most of the high traffic hours.
