Fun family vacation spot in the heart of Keystone village!

The condo was exactly what I hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable, short walk from the River Run gondola. Bedrooms were a good size, as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was properly stocked, and the living area was comfortable. I had some questions during the stay for the management company, and they were very responsive and helpful. Great stay.

Awesome place! Exactly as pictured. Convenient location next to River Run and gondola. Can walk anywhere or take the shuttle if you want to go to nearby resorts. Had a great snowboarding trip and looking forward to staying at other places hosted by SkyRun in the future.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

We had a great weekend staying at this condo! Location is a perfect walking distance to Keystone Village. Condo was small, but comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nice outdoor patio. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub and community grill. Parking was convenient and easy though really tight parking spaces. The only downside is the bunk beds were too small for our teenage sons. Size of the beds would be better for much younger children. Check in process was quick and easy. Communication with the rental management was excellent! We had a great weekend!

Great place for families

This condo fit our needs well, with a couple of caveats. It's newly remodeled, and it has nice appliances. I wanted to cook some of our meals, so that's partly why we chose it. The cooking tools required were better than some others I've stayed at. The decor is great, the TV and Netflix were great, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!To the owner: The brand new dishwasher was "dead". No power. It was not fixed while we were there. That prevented a 5 star review. Since I had to wash all the dishes, a dish drain would have been great. My other recommendation is this: the bathroom vanity in the "kids' bathroom" is a high bowl. Little kids can't reach it at all. It's pretty, but frustrating. If you could provide a simple folding step stool in that big bottom drawer, all would be solved. *I loved the granite countertop, beautiful!

Very clean and cozy. It Had everything we needed. Underground heated parking was a plus. Condo has a Beautiful view of the skating rink and the lights from the ski runs ay night. We went during Christmas so the lights were gorgeous. Very short walk to the lift through the village. Restaurants and shopping were just past the skating rink. Breckinridge mountain was only a short drive. I would suggest buying groceries in Dillon or Silverthorne. The grocery market in the village is a little high. Had a great family Christmas.

A little kid heaven!

Multiple weekends spent at this lovely, conveniently located condo in River Run, looking right out at the Dercum Square Ice rink... upgraded appliances and plenty of kitchen goods to cook up meals... ski storage great, parking heated, pool & hot tub just for this building and best of all, 2 sets of bunk beds for 4 kiddos!

This is a nice, comfortable condo. It has great amenities and is a reasonable walk to River Run village. It was very clean and the kitchen is well outfitted. When we rent condo's we typically cook several of the days/nights and we never know what we will find in the cabinets. In this case we found salt and pepper, so we needed to shop for other essentials, like sugar and basic spices. Not a big deal, but helps if you are planning on cooking to plan ahead. This was a great condo for the three of us.
