We enjoyed our stay here. Cozy condo with easy access to Keystone mountain. The one thing that could be improved is the thermostat seemed to be broken and the heat was on the whole time.

Some miscommunication between host and house keepers had the place uncleaned when I checked in. I messaged the host and they immediately sent the house keepers over. Overall a great place to stay with a very prompt host.

What I lke: Great location- a nice size for 4 people- the place was clean- easy check in - the nice restaurants around -close to a big supermarket- familiar and quiet area- nice and equipped kitchen- What can be improved: very old furniture- the sofa bed was not comfortable- small TV - no Netflix- no curtains so lights can wake up you early - I requested extra pillows and some of them were dirty and got just 3 extra pillow cases, old blankets- for the money they charge they really need to improve their furniture -

This was a great place to stay. It is in a more secluded area with a small creek and river in a wooded area right off of the back deck which is exactly what we wanted so we didnt HAVE TO drive somewhere for the kids to have an area to explore with us. Is also in a very relaxed, laid back, calm area. Whole stay was great and very affordable!

Awesome getaway, with everything you need! We really enjoyed the amenities (hot tub, balcony, grill, etc..) and our time there. The hot tub is open and quite nice, and there is everything needed for cooking your own meals. (loved having the gas grill!)On the things to be aware of, the pull out couch isn't the most comfy and morning light will wake up the light sleepers there (no shades/curtains on the balcony doors). Last, know that it is a first floor unit, with likely neighbors upstairs in this wooden construction (we had to go remind ours, no issues after that).... Other than that, great condo!

Cozy and relaxing cabin feel condo. We loved our stay here, it was close enough to the ski resort and many other near by places to visit with in minutes. Also provided a secluded feel with the woods right on the other side of the balcony, what a view!! Great places to hike and explore as well. I loved this place cant wait to visit again!

Overall nice place

Place was super cute, easy access, great view, and a close 2min drive to the gondolas free parking. On a side note, the bedding could be better. (Softer pillows, better sheets/bedding for a more restful nights sleep) Also, I went to draw a bath and turn on the jacuzzi to find a ball of hair floating in the tub. It looked like it came up from the drain, so if the cleaning crew can throughly clean the tub better so that doesnt happen to the next person. Other than that it was a great place to enjoy the slopes.

Very nice condo

Very nice one bedroom unit on the ground level with a good gas grill on the porch. I enjoyed the quiet out of village setting in the lovely snow bound woods. Bus service to the gondola was twice an hour and the walk to the bus is short. I'll be back.

Nice getaway

Everything was great at the condo. Only thing that we had an issue with was check-in. We were supposed to have our keys in the lock box outside SkyRun office because we were arriving late in the evening. It was not in there. Luckily some other people were there ahead of us, missing their keys as well in the lock box and had called the office. We had to wait for someone to arrive and get our keys and check-in materials. The gal said that often the paper clips attach to each other and people take check-in items from another area too... if this is such an issue, perhaps they should start using envelopes!!!

Perfect rental experience

Condo was very well appointed, attractive, comfortable and a great location for skiing a-basin. Everything I needed or might have needed -- washer/dryer, crock pot, basic spices in kitchen, dishware, etc., was there for me. Deck off the back was a bonus, as was the very nice lockeroom/bathroom at the hottub. Problem with TV during stay (our fault) was quickly fixed by a visit from a very accomodating staffer from Sky Run.

Clean, comfortable, great location

We stayed here for several nights for a wedding at arapahoe Basin. The condo was clean, quiet (we were here in summer, so it was quiet!) and well equipped. It felt clean and comfortable. We cooked several nights and used the washer and dryer. Overall, we had a great stay and the cost was very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Excellent condo in a nice quiet location. Well maintained and very clean. Extra ammenities like coffee, tea, toothbrush!, soaps, shampoo etc. were not expected but appreciated. Good quality rental and great value.

Wish it was closer to the River Run area. Was unable to use hot tub as it always seemed to be closed when we went there. Beautiful condo and surroundings.

Excellent Stay!

Accomodations were more than adequate, check-in/checkout couldn't have been easier, and the skyrun directory in the unit was informational and comprehensive. If there was a deficiency, it might be that we could not cut the heat back... too warm at night.
