Two families enjoyed our stay!

Two families with four children total, ranging from 6-13 years, and the accommodations were perfect for us. There are three rooms that have attached en suites. One is a king, one is a queen, and the other has two twin beds. (And a fourth bedroom features another set of twin beds, but does not have an attached bathroom.) The king room is on the same side as the twin/en suite bathroom, so we had the family with a teenage daughter on that side of the house, so she could have some privacy while getting ready. The new Kindred resort building construction (set to open in 2025) is VERY much still in effect as of March 2024. The structure was basically just the steel posts, no walls or exterior yet and is directly in sight off the queen bedroom - and they started construction around am each day. It did not ruin our trip, but one of the two access points to the village area and gondola were further than they would have been otherwise, as one bridge is completely blocked. The access to the gondola and village currently is out the front door of the building, turn to the right, down the side street a bit, then a right again towards the gondola. The other bridge access would have been a nice shortcut, but was not a deal breaker. We had to leave one night early due to a massive snowstorm coming and my son accidentally left his necklace in the condo. We realized it quickly, so a quick text message to the Sky Run team and they had someone there looking for it almost immediately. It was found, and for a $25 fee + shipping costs, it is on it’s way back to us and it was nice to tell my son that there are good people who did not try to keep it for themselves. The fridge does not have a water filter (though it does have an ice maker), so we drank tap water the entire time, and it was fine, but keep that in mind. The condo had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer inside the main bathroom off the living area. No complaints from our group, and the access to the gondola and the village, though not as ideal through the construction of the new Kindred building, was still very good and why we chose this location over other nearby options. Pretty good overall

Stayed for an extra long weekend recently. The condo is very good from a space perspective. There were 8 of us, 2 families, with 2 adults and 2 kids each. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and plenty of bathrooms to go around. The shower's in the big bedrooms were great, good water pressure, stayed hot even if we were all showering around the same time, etc. The common area is spacious and has plenty of seating for everyone at the same time. There were some blankets in the spare closet that the kids enjoyed wrapping up in at the end of a long day and the fireplace added a nice little bit of ambience. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking our meals, coffee, toaster, pots/pans, etc. The pool is easily accessible and has a slide that the kids loved. There are 2 hot tubs, a family and adult only. The adult only was noticeably warmer if that matters to anyone. The walk to the gondola is only 6-7 minutes which was nice with the littles. Keystone town area is only 10 minutes and there are plenty of food and shopping options. There are many positives to this place.A few things that weren't as great. The washer/dryer work but aren't fully functional. The washing machine only runs hot water through the unit and the dryer needs to be run at high heat in order to get your clothes dry. One of the sinks in the master bedroom leaked and had to be shut off, so not fully functional there. There is a major construction project right outside the building, which we were aware of, but they start construction early in the morning and it is loud. It's also shut down the quickest access to the gondola. Oh, and the workout room, while functional, isn't going to be the best option to get a workout in...unless you like to be on display while working out. So, I'd give this place heavy consideration again if we return to Keystone. The pluses outweigh the negatives by far and it's a nice place for a big group to call home for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay. Weve stayed at The Springs for over ten years in different condos. Our place had lots of space, it was clean and had everything we needed! Love having the washer and dryer! The view is very obstructed by the construction and very loud in the morning. I know thats something that will eventually end as its not usually that way and out of the owners hands. Would recommend this condo and will come back!

Beautiful villa, lousy construction

The Villa was wonderful; however we were not informed about the massive construction project right outside our windows. Noisy & dusty, it made it difficult to walk into the village and woke us up very early. Otherwise a great stay.

Great for friends trip!

We spent a weekend here for our annual friends' ski trip and everyone loved it! Incredibly spacious for a River Run condo and a great location. The beds were very comfortable for five grown men. The washer/dryer in the condo was a huge convenience. We would gladly stay here again next time we come to Keystone!

Great Family Vacation Property

This is a really large property that accommodates a large family w room for the kids and adults. It has a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was priceless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal and frankly all our meals. The Springs is very family oriented so our kiddos made friends and loved the playroom and pool table when they were not on the slopes. There is construction next door which limited the access over the bridge to the gondola we were able to walk around but not as convenient as we hoped.

Incredible location, great space in the house, and amazing amenities. The heated pool and hot tub, plus kid-friendly play area made it so worth it! It was very accessible, though construction brought it from a 1 min to about a 5 minute walk to the gondola, which we were fine to do! Truly fantastic space for families, and we will likely be back again! The only thing to remember is that you can only have one car, so if multiple families are coming then it may help to plan ahead where the other(s) will park!

Nice open sunlit space with great views. Fabulous easy access to River Run lift. Hot tubs and pool were super fun.Not a penthouse as listed so you should change that. No heat in mountainside bedrooms. Confusion on check-in - is it Airbnb or SkyRun? We were confused but that was exacerbated by a long travel day. Nice staff at the corporate office.

Very nice unit and the location is perfect for being close to wedding venue.

Property overall was very nice. Only issue was we had 2 room keys for 8 people, which was an issue. Number one problem we experienced is no water pressure. So even though you have 4 bathrooms....only one shower at a time....so for 8 people you have to allow lots of time.

This unit was really beautiful and such a great space. The main area is nice and open and spacious. The four bedrooms are all really nice with 3 en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The location of this place cannot be beat; it was a 1 min walk to the downtown area. The pool and hot tub were also excellent!! Only having 1 parking space is a little ridiculous for such a big place, but there was a parking lot right behind the building that worked fine (though that may be hard to get during ski season).

Work Retreat

We brought our team up for a work retreat and this condo was perfect. We had five people total and there was plenty of space. With COVID, we were able to spend much of our time working, cooking and hanging out in the condo. We would stay here again.

Comfortable & convenient condo

Weve stayed in The Springs many times so we already know the close proximity to the gondola and amenities. This was the nicest unit by far weve stayed in and perfect for our group of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone was comfortable and we all had a great stay!! 8890 The Springs

We stayed at 8890 The Springs over spring break and had a great time! It was the perfect layout for 2 families with a large common area containing a dining table big enough for all 8 of us and friends. The Legos/cards/games were a nice touch. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was not very good but thankfully that wasn't a concern with the showers! It was very convenient to ski school and gondola! The pool was great and the kids had a blast swimming. We liked the work out area but it would have been helpful to have some matts and more free weights available for use. Overall we had a great time and plan to return again next year!

8890 The Springs

We had a wonderful visit at 8890 The Springs. It had a nice set up that was perfect for 2 families with kids, including a large common area and a table big enough for us all to eat around. The kids enjoyed the pool and the Legos/cards/games/DVDs in the condo were a nice touch. It was a wonderful location to ski school and the gondola. I wish the water pressure in the kitchen sink was a little better but thankfully it was not a concern with the showers. The Springs fitness room was nice as well but it could have used a few more matts and free weights. Overall the stay was great and we are already planning to book the same unit for next year.

Went with four buddies and had incredible time skiing and chilling at Keystone. This is a pretty low-key resort, good for us as we were there to ski and relax but not party. Condo is comfortable, convenient. We liked the hot tubs, cafes nearby. Management pretty helpful. Had a great time.

Cozy, relaxing home!

We enjoyed this condo in June and loved the location (right next to the Gondola), the layout, (perfect for a large family) and extras - corner unit with lots of light, next to a stream for great background sounds and a well equipped kitchen.

Everything we needed was here, and SkyRun did a great job managing the property. Looking forward to staying here again.

Large Unit

The condo was cozy. Kitchen seemed well stocked. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but plenty of pillows and blankets. Showers could definitely use new shower heads. Although the unit is a little dated, it is very comfortable. Also, the fan in master bedroom over toilet would leak water for about 3 to 4 minutes onto you then would stop. One other thing that might be considered is to see if this unit could have 2 ski lockers since this unit is a 4 bedroom and sleeps 8. Don't let this discourage you from renting. It is a nice unit.

Regarding the potential leak coming from the bathroom fan, our maintenance team looked into the issue but we were unable to detect a problem and did not find any signs of damage. Ski lockers are issued by the HOA for each condo, so we are unable to procure an additional locker. We hope to see you in keystone again.

Location location location - spectacular condo!

Our group was a party of 3 couples attending a wedding at Keystone. Everyone loved the condo. It was nicely appointed, comfortable bedding and well stocked kitchen.

I highly recommend this condo. The location is right next to the lift and the views are breathtaking. This is a wonderful condo.

Great Location!

We had a great family ski vacation in this condo. It is right next to the ski school and gondola, and a very short walk to shops and restaurants in the village. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and steam washer and dryer are fantastic. My only issue were flat pillows and a hard queen mattress. We purchased and donated 2 new pillows. This is a fantastic ski rental!

Lovely condo in a perfect location

We came to Keystone for my nieces wedding. My entire family stayed at condos in the Springs and loved it. Our unit was well appointed. The fitness center in building is small. The location of the Springs was a added bonus. A walk over the bridge to the village and the gondola. We had a great time taking the free lift (after 3) to the top of the mountain for hiking, games and live music ! We would definitely stay again at The Springs.

A beautiful, well appointed unit in a great location.

We stayed 5 nights in 8890 The Springs. The unit was lovely with gorgeous views. There was plenty of space and it was obvious that the owners must use & love this condo. We were traveling as a family and we like to stay in & cook some of the nights. The kitchen was very well equipped with spices, plenty of cooking pots & utensils, a crock pot, etc. The Springs is a great location and a very short walk to the gondola & ski school (even in ski boots). Pool & Hot Tub were awesome and it was nice that htey provided towels there. If we return to Keystone, I would stay here again.
