SKYRUN CANCELATION POLICY:
All Cancellations must be in writing via email to kiawah@skyrun.com or booking site message. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a full refund except for a 5% cancellation fee of the base rental rate. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the reason to cancel is covered under your policy. Travel/cancellation insurance is highly recommended. There are no refunds for early departures. Travelers must cancel by 11:59 pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. Early departures for any reason are not refundable. All times are specific to the property's time zone (EST).

Great place in the center of everything. Its a little loud at night with the bars being so close, but we anticipated that going in and it was really no big deal. We would stay there again, absolutely.

great location. only thing to note if you're a light sleeper- the bar across the street is open til 2 am every night and often has loud live music and lots of traffic. This didn't bother me at all personally, but would be something to keep in mind if you think it would bother you; I also imagine it would be even louder during peak tourist season, I was here during the off-season

This location is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Folly. It places you right in the middle of town and everything is in Easy walking distance.Some have mentioned the noise levels being an issue but neither my wife nor I found it to be a problem after ten. Please note that we stayed during the week not the weekend, so we can not attest to the noise levels then.The apartment was as pictured and quite clean. SkyRun does an excellent job maintaining it. I would happily recommend this location.

This adorable apartment really is at the center of everything. One block from the pier and beach. It is also on the main strip where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located. Location is for sure amazing! The apartment is really cute and you can tell it has been recently updated with such a modern and fun look. It was also super super clean! The linen and towels smelled so fresh and with a hint of lavender, I believe! Loved having the full kitchen. Even though we didnt cook anything, it was nice being able to have snacks, things to make a quick lunch, drinks and coffee at the place. There is a Walmart just up the road (8min drive) that is worth the visit once you get there. At Walmart I would suggest also buying beach towels and any type of beach equipment that you might want. Also, if you are staying more than a day or two, grab some more bathroom toiletries

Other than a slight error with the non-existent yellow door and lockbox, it was pretty great. Location was perfect. The noise of the music surrounding the place didnt even phase us and we fell asleep with no issues. So close to everything, no need to leave the island. Id definitely rent again. We were in Unit 1 so we were right on the street which was great. People watching was so fun.

Great spot! Will recommend to others. Definitely a little noisy with the rooftop bar next door but we expected that & enjoyed it! Place was nicely decorated & clean. Never used the car after parking!

An awesome place to stay if you are a young couple you likes to stay out! A super short walk to the beach and right by all the restaurants and bars. We didn't use our car all weekend which was a plus! Unfortunately the downside of this location is it is SUPER noisy late into the night on weekends. I would recommend if you don't mind the noise and enjoy being close to the excitement. Side note: I wouldn't recommend for a long stay because it is so small and no washer and dryer but works for a short weekend.

this place was awesome! walkable distance to everything. it had a great view of the street and restaurants. we sat outside both nights and watched the sun set and the night life. the room was amazing. perfect and peaceful for a little romantic get away. would highly recommend to e friend and will definitely be coming back to this place again
