It was very nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. In the morning it was fun to watch surfers catching waves. The host was responsive even tried to help us find a place nearby during a tsunami warning. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The place has everything for snorkeling and beach necessities. Even a fishing rod but make sure and get lots of hooks and bobbers because it’s rocky and you basically catch lava rocks 🙂 Shiva Stayed Jul, 2025 Stayed with Kids Sunsets are serene from lanai; nothing can beat those views. You can watch surfers in the morning while sipping your morning tea/coffee. Place was exactly as described. Plenty room for a family of 4. Kitchen is well stocked; we found all the pots and pans we needed to feel right at home. Host is always responsive to all queries and even allowed us to check in early for no extra cost. Responded to all queries within a few minutes. Directions were precise and clear. Again, the views from Lanai are worth it. I would definitely recommend this place. Nirmal Stayed Jul, 2025 Stayed about a week These condos are on the older side but the view is amazing!!! We loved waking up to the ocean sounds sitting on the lanai. It was perfect for our family of four. We went snorkeling as much as we could located just a few miles south of Kona perfect for going wherever you want. We were able to tour the island and hit all the places we wanted to and come home to relax at the end of the day. The full size fridge new washer/dryer were perfect plenty of parking. There is a Costco on the way from the airport to load up on drinks, snacks and maybe a meal or two. Nice updated bathrooms great towels and bed linens. couldn't ask for more. If you even thinking of renting this place just do it you won't regret it. This place had us dreaming of buying it! We enjoyed the fruit basket and lovely welcoming note. Thank you Kona Coast!!! Reef just outside room with direct access to popular locations in the area. Easy access in and out of property. Very responsive host. Pool needed attention and cleaning.
