This well-appointed, private house is perfect for all your needs. You will have to pinch yourself as you wake up each morning to the stunning ocean views from most rooms, as well as splendid views of Kona town, including docked cruise ships. You will find yourself 15 minutes or less from most activities - whether you are heading to Kahalu’u or Magic Sands Beach to snorkel, surf, or boogie board, or going downtown to enjoy a restaurant or shopping, or want to play tennis, pickleball or golf. Kona Country Club Golf Course is only 15 minutes away. You are also close to grocery/drug stores, movie theaters, farmer’s markets, Costco and the Holualoa artist village. If you happen to be a traveling doctor or nurse, Kona Community Hospital is 20 minutes south and Kona International Airport is 20 minutes to the north.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is great, and in a great location. A few minutes drive from all that downtown Kona has to offer. The hosts are responsive and helpful. No issues checking in or out. We needed assistance with something in the house, the hosts responded verry quickly and helped us out fast. When we arrived, the home was clean and had everything we needed get us going on our time there. Including normal house stuff like dishes, pots/pans, but also had some beach equipment to use like snorkeling gear and bougie boards. There were also a variety of fruit producing trees and a small vegetable garden at our disposal, (some of the best Lemons I have ever tasted). I used the front Leni to remote work a couple days a week, the internet was fast and reliable. My family and I had a great stay. We did not use the optional AC, the house could get a little warm in the afternoon on hot days, but it was manageable, and a cool shower before bed helped. Not a problem.
