The house was great for our needs. Beds were all comfortable and we all enjoyed the outside amenities. However, the tv was VERY annoying to operate, the coffee maker had not been cleaned, and there was not enough toilet paper. They swiftly remedied the toilet paper situation the first night, which was appreciated. It felt a bit strange seeing all the security cameras pointing at the house.. All in all, a nice stay, but overpriced.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house was very open and had plenty of room for our 9 person group. The pool was the perfect size for everyone to cool down after some time outside in the hot Texas sun. The outdoor cooking area is the best we have ever had in a rental. Host was accessible and got back with you quickly with any questions. We loved the open concept of the living spaces and could all hang out while cooking or eating. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely book here again.

First the house was spacious and plenty of room for our group. The beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen amenities and space. Views and sunsets were amazing. Pool was adequate size for our group, great for volleyball. Some things needed are , 2 additional trash cans one outside for pool and one with the city for large groups is a must. Needs a traditional large grill for poolside bbqs. There is a griddle there, but it was small and only lasted for one grilling night. We could have probably got more propane without issues, but the grill was not our style and we just rearranged what we cooked. Ac fine but struggles midday in Texas. Could be turned down early before guests get there and it will help. It caught up the first night. The house is close to city but far enough away it is so peaceful and quiet! Communication with the host was amazing and super quick response with everything we needed. They followed up throughout week to check on us and would 100 percent rent again
