SUBMIT Taylor Petersen Stayed Sep, 2026 Clean, cute and simple 1 bed/1bath The unit was a cute little 1 bedroom/bathroom basement unit in an older house that had multiple units. Clean and tidy upon arrival. Kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking equipment and utensils. It had a traditional coffee maker but also a Keurig, too. Bathroom was nice and a tub/shower combo with white subway tile. The old downside to the bathroom was the sink. I couldn\'t get the stopper to go up and the sink had cracks that had grey rubber sealant as a fix. It\'s only a 10 minute drive to Memorial Park and 15 minute walk up Tejon Street to the downtown area. Overall, it was what I needed for my stay and if it\'s 1-2 people, it will be just right. 3 would be a crowded. Becky, the operations manager, checked in via text on check-in day and was very responsive. I would recommend this unit if traveling solo.
