You could step right out onto the lanai through the sliding glass door, or head to the left toward the main living area. Tall ceilings welcome you to your impressive open living space with great views of the dock, cerulean channel complete with indirect gulf access, and private pool. Two couches and a great TV offer a place to sink in and truly relax. To the left of the entry is counter space perfect for planning meals or sending a quick email making your reservation at the Island Bike Shop or Dolphin Cove Marina. This flows into a spacious kitchen that offers state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of fridge space to hold all the refreshments you could desire. Don’t forget the coffee prep and wet bar counter between the kitchen and living room! Enjoy meals on the four high-top seats facing the kitchen, or the six-person dining table just to the right of the entryway and mere steps from the dock or the pool. Just off the kitchen is a generous laundry room so you can stay as long as you’d like. The outdoor space at this home is impressive with a covered lanai that offers a six-person table for pool-side dining, large grill, pool, and spa. Enjoy reclining in the lounge chairs or step out to the dock for a high top four-seat table next to your private boat access. Boatlift(s) are NOT available for guest use. The main suite offers quiet and privacy just to the right of the main entryway and seating area. The bedroom features a four-poster king-bed, French doors to the pool, and large TV for restful evenings with your favorite show. The impressive ensuite centers around the soaker tub with Jack and Jill sinks and separate vanity next to the standing shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and baths are off the kitchen and living area. The first offers a queen bed, cozy window nook, and two closets. The second bath offers a walk-in shower, vanity, and expansive counter space. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and a sliding door out to a screened in lanai just off the dock area. The ensuite bath spotlights white granite counters for the sink and vanity station, and the granite is continued in the walls of the walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is right to your left when you enter the house, with a bunk bed with a single and double. With a lovely outlook of the front of the house, and wonderful decorations. It’s hard to know if you’ll spend more time inside or out with a house that offers it all: panoramic views, fully appointed kitchen, warm corners for reading, and a cool pool and spa for midday relaxing. Master suite is very large and private. Outdoor area around pool/hot tub is outstanding and definitely sells the property. Large table w/ comfortable chairs, chaise lounge chairs, and BBQ grill all in the outdoor area. Large deck down by the water. Kayaks and fishing poles provided. Beach supplies provides. Cons: No bicycles. House is on a main road so backing out of the driveway can be a challenge during high traffic times. Could use some Adirondack chairs on the deck down by the water (we used the provided beach chairs). The only criticism I can give is that the beach chairs could have been better. Needed 5 chairs and 4 were there. And those 4 chairs were pretty beat. Otherwise it is a lovely home! Amanda O'Brien Stayed Feb, 2026 The property and location were great. The pool, hot tub, and dock were highlights of the week. We appreciated the clear and helpful communication from SkyRun. Two things that could’ve improved our stay: 1. the bedroom with bunk beds does not have a full wall up to the ceiling and the sliding doors on the room do not fully close (or they get stuck out). This was challenging for us as we had young children sleeping in there on different schedules than the adults, and we couldn't fully separate them from the noise/light in the rest of the house. It would have been helpful if this was made clearer in the property description (which suggests it is a proper full bedroom like the rest). 2. The grill was not in very good shape - very rusty on the inside, and the starter didn’t work well. We ultimately decided it was not usable and cooked inside which was fine but a little disappointing. My husband and I have 5 teenagers and this home fit us perfectly. The master suit is on the opposite side of the house from the two bedrooms and just far enough away from the third/study with bunk beds to allow privacy and peace from our (obnoxious children). The home was well equipped for your everyday needs and centrally located for a quick run to the store, shopping, restaurants. We enjoyed the kayaks they provided and did rent a couple paddle boards for a few trips down the canal. With easy access to 10 Thousand Island and Marco Beach. We did not heat the pool/spa as it was very hot outside and only used it to cool off and splash around with our kids. It’s very large and clean, with a perfect view of the canal and sunset. We had issues with the dock, but overlooked it due to the most recent hurricane. There is a lot of construction but none of it was bothersome from other homes getting fixed up. The neighbors were wonderful and friendly people who checked in often to see how fishing in the canal was. Overall this was an amazing place and we look forward to coming back to this home yearly! 10 out of 10 recommended for location, cleanliness, safety, and management was easy to communicate with and very prompt when we had questions!!! Everything you could possibly want was there. My only reason for the 4.5 stars was the pool. We were there for 28 days and the water temperature was never warm enough to swim. Granted the weather was unseasonably cool so the water temp dropped each night, but the heater system never recovered. We were in contact with Sarah throughout and she kept telling us that it would heat up eventually. Sarah agreed to get a pool guy there on day 5 who told us that the heater was not functioning and it was way past its time. He informed us it should only take 30-45 mins to heat up when working properly. We booked the house for 3 reasons…. Pool, hot tub, and water front… we got 2 out of the 3… we don’t like leaving bad reviews but it was our 3rd time to Marco through air bnb…this was a disappointing trip Host's response: Hi William, I'm truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with the hot tub and heater during your stay. There were an uprgade fron the pictures of the listing, and it was certanly a plus (brand new kitchen, overall improved decoration). We will definetly return, and next time we will get a boat also! Heated pool with a jacuzzi attached, all accessible from the master bedroom and living room area. The master bedroom is gorgeous and has a massive shower and tub. It was just me and my husband, but this property would be wonderful for a big family trip with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Our host, Sarah, was great!
