Great place. Nice condo, centrally located. Beautiful beach and nice pool.

This is not the first time we have used Mark and Becky's apartment. It's a lovely apartment with everything you need, a home away from home. The location is great you are right on the beach, there is a great pool on site. We had another great vacation here.

Nice spacious accommodation with close access to Tigertail beach. Beautiful facilities. Spacious balcony with great views of the sunset and the stars at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Condo was described perfectly. Easy check in, walking distance to many restaurants. We will be back!

Mark’s place near Tiger Tail beach was great. Very responsive host. Pool was nice, beach was great and close. Great having two bedrooms! Mark was incredibly responsive (two minor issues with small appliances), didn’t ask to have addressed, but he ordered new ones and we had them the next day.

Great place. Quiet, peaceful condo complex. Amenities as advertised, all well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool. Small but great fitness center, has all you need and was fairly empty. Condo right near the beach. Lovely sunsets over the gulf. Large balcony. Spacious corner unit. Kitchen stocked with all pots and tools you need. Locker with beach chairs and toys made available. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Mark and Becky’s place was fantastic! Beautiful and spacious condo with ample amenities (including beach equipment!) for our family of 4. Great location on Marco with restaurants within walking distance and short drive to stores and activities. Mark went above and beyond as a host, helping facilitate delivery of items we sent in advance, and coming out the same day the ice maker temporarily stopped working. He was communicative and responsive to any questions and provided a helpful list of restaurants / activities on the island. The condominium complex is somewhat strict (no eating at pool, towels on balcony chairs) but was extremely clean and well kept and the pool was a nice alternative / complement to the beach. The walk to the waterfront is long (10-15min) and can be a struggle if you’re transporting a lot of beach equipment + kids. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would certainly come back to stay at Mark and Becky’s!

We had a wonderful getaway @ SkyRun Vacation Rentals-Marco Island. Condo is spacious & well equipped - fantastic location. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Tigertail Beach & having a pool close by. Great restaurants near by. Owner was very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely return in the future.

Just a perfect place for families to base themselves for a visit to Marco Island. We’ve been in the South Seas complex a half dozen times now; this was the best unit because it’s so easy to access the beach and pool and so easy to get to from the parking garages. The elevators can be a bit delayed in this building, so being on the second floor was fantastic. Kids can walk to restaurants, tennis, the pool, and all the activities. You do forego the fantastic ocean view available on the higher floors, but there’s still a nice view and plenty of light from this excellent corner unit.

We had a truly amazing stay with SkyRun at this property and will surely be back. The condo itself was gorgeous, exactly as pictured - very up-to-date, spacious, and pristinely cleaned. We considered several locations in this building, but really enjoyed this one for the interior setup as well as the ease of entering (keypad; no need to retrieve keys off-property) & lower floor (no direct ocean view, but beautiful views of the pool and grounds, and SO much easier to reach through stairs when elevators were slow/busy - plus felt very safe for kids). Extremely close to the pool (1 minute) and beach (maybe 3 min to the sand, but then a good 10 min walk across the sand; true for everywhere here), with all necessary beach stuff included. Everything you could need to cook included (and multiple groceries nearby), but we enjoyed many great local restaurants. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional communications from the hosts - felt truly taken care of! Highly recommend this place.

Mark and his wife were very patient with us as we got to Marco Island very late for check-in (1 or 2 am). I really appreciated that as we have 2 babies who needed a bed to sleep in pronto. The beach access was perfect and the condo was comfortable. Thanks again.

Beautiful condo with private access to the beach. Security is strict so don’t book looking to get too wild but if you want a peaceful vacation this is the place. It was just what we were looking for since it was our honeymoon.

Mark and Becky's second-floor condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean, the kitchen has everything we need to prepare meals, and the "beach closet" has chairs, a cart, a cooler, and other paddleboards for the beach. The condo is located on the beach, but expect a 5-10 minute walk to the edge of shore. That's the beauty of Tiger Tail Beach.

Mark’s place was nice! The space was accommodating and there were a lot of nice places around. The only thing to watch for is the disctance to the beach, just a hike through the sand to get to the water. Overall a great trip!

This place is everything and more you could ever need for your time in a land near paradise! I am a bit on the fussy side and cannot imagine why anyone ever rate this Condo as anything but 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Thank you Mark and Becky for the wonderful notes and perfect decorating for a week of surfside fun. The beach is very deep with gorgeous sand with great shelling and a short walk to Tigertail Beach where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. They were even free when we went there!

This was a lovely place for my husband and I to stay on our honeymoon! The beach is amazing and easy to walk to, and the huge balcony was so nice in mornings and evenings overlooking the pool. The beach equipment (cart, chairs, umbrella, etc) was everything we needed and more. The place was clean and the updated kitchen was awesome for cooking in. We could even walk to a handful of restaurants and shops which was great since we didn’t rent a car. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and family friendly! Condo is clean with modern features. My family loved it and we will be back soon! Mark’s hospitality was beyond our expectations and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Would recommend this condo to family and friends!

This is a corner unit, considerably bigger than an inside unit. It is updated and the owners are friendly and very easy to get ahold if needed. Great vacation!

We had an amazing stay in Marco. Accommodations we’re wonderful. Everything was clean and as described. Great facilities and very easy check in. Lots to do on the area and the beach is simply beautiful. Great communication with owners. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!!

Rebecca's home was perfect for our family! It was completely ready with kitchen ware and toiletries! The view was great. The one thing I wish could be changed (which is out of the owners control) was the community pool hours. The pool closed at dusk but our kids are late night swimmers. Besides that all was perfect and we would highly recommend!! Thank you so much! Happy from Illinois!

The condo was spacious and clean with plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, pots and pans. We were comfortable and felt like we were right at home. The condo is equipped with brand new appliances and flat screen tvs. Our 3 children enjoyed spending time at the pool and the beach. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near by. This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we will definitely be back. We recommend renting from Mark and Becky. They were upfront and honest about some outside work being down at the condo and made sure we were comfortable and happy during our time there.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo! The owners were incredibly helpful in planning our visit as it was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a great view of the pool and sunsets from the balcony (and sunrises from the front balcony). The walk out to the beach wasn't bad- especially with the beach cart- our 4 year old and 6 year old looked forward to racing each other out there each day. The beach was very quiet/ not busy at all hours of the day. We didn't end up doing it, but it was nice that there were rental options for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. within walking distance. The gym had plenty of equipment to get in a good workout (treadmills, ellipticals, cable machine, free weights, power tower, etc.) Plenty of restaurants and groceries were close by. My only disappointment was that with our young kids we weren't expecting so many rules at the pool (no toys/ diving sticks except between the hours of 11-12 and 4-5 and no food). We used the picnic tables close to the building and spent most of our time at the beach so not a problem, just FYI. If you're looking for a low key beach vacation- this is your spot! The condo also has everything you need if you want to cook your meals vs go out!

layout was great. It was a little hike to the beach but it was worth it. The beach was not crowded at all. There were several great restaurants recommended by Rebecca. Thanks for hosting us.

Pleasant experience. Comfortable beds. Lovely view overlooking pool. We even weathered a tropical storm and felt safe and secure. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hosts were helpful. The time was post hurricaine ian. The condo itself was as we saw on line when booking. There was a lot of repair on the grounds etc outside. Areas. Because of the hurricaine, there was not the normal things to do nearby, and worse further away. We were quite comfortable in the condo,at the pool,and on the beach. There was a warning by the state to stay out of the ocean at the time. None of this was of course the fault of the host or the condo group.

We have stayed at southseas several times and this unit was exceptional! Our check in process was great with the owners allowing us to come early which was so nice, Thank you again! The unit was updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We really loved the locker that had all the beach gear, wagon, chairs, etc. My family had a wonderful Christmas at Marco! My only suggestion is to have some washcloths stocked in the kitchen to wipe off counters throughout our stay. ....this was an exceptional unit and we will be back again for sure!!!!

Initially the property was a little intimidating, with all the different keys/access codes. But we learned quickly, it was never a problem and we felt very safe on the property. The host was very responsive. The condo was beautiful, convenient and exactly as described. Will definitely return.

This condo was great for our two weeks. The new living room furniture was perfect. We loved the location and the complex. Note that you cannot see the water from this unit. Although it is beach front the mangrove prevent a view of the water. We loved the pickleball courts and the patience everyone showed us as newbies. Would come back.

The condo was beautiful and as described. Very clean and full kitchen. The grounds are very nice as well and the place was very easy to access. My only complaint would be the lack of some supplies (only one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towel). There were a great amount of towels and linens. The beach chairs and wagon were a nice bonus. I would come back!

Nice apartment and everything we needed for a two week stay. We loved the neighborhood and the pickleball community and courts. We were surprised that the beach is a 15 minute walk from the building. Water was not really visible from this unit due to mangroves. We would come back.
