Beach items unexpected & a definite plus. The cooking items could be better organized & cleaned. A wagon to transport beach items world be great. The outside grill area could be improved & recommend additional grills instead of charcoal. Table but grills to place utensils. Really enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately we were evacuated due to Hurricane Milton so missed out on most of our beautiful vacation but while we were there we loved everything and Sarah was wonderful! We will return to this amazing location! Jane Stayed Dec, 2024 Sarah as place was a really lovely spot in Marco Island. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach and overlooked some beautiful sunsets. The balcony was L shaped so you could get views to the west but also some shaded spots too. Very well appointed with lots of equipment ( in the Kitchen , plenty towels and great chilling out space in the sitting area) Sarah was really prompt at answering any questions and dealt very swiftly with a couple of minor issues. Jennifer Stayed Dec, 2024 Sarah was great and we would definitely rent from her again. The unit was very comfortable, well appointed, and a good layout for our family. Be sure to clarify check-in instructions if you are arriving after business hours as the rental office will be closed. The only negative was that it smells like the unit was previously smoked in and the smell was very strong and unpleasant (for us non-smokers). We did bring this to Sarah’s attention and she was very responsive. While we liked this unit very much, we would choose a different unit for our next visit due to the smell. This was our first time staying in a front unit with unobstructed beach views which we were very excited about. Unfortunately, the windows had a film over them that made everything blurry, similar to blurring out a background on zoom and all windows had shutters which also blocked views. The condo was otherwise as shown, although it did have a funny odor with multiple air fresheners. It is close to the stairs, which is nice as there is a long wait for elevators. We had a maintenance issue with no hot water. We left a message with management company/ maintenance but did not hear back. Luckily, we were able to locate the water heater which was behind a locked door outside the condo and turn it on. Host's response: Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
