Perfect Beach Getaway

Five minute or less walk to the beach! House is very spacious and nicely decorated. Equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Garage was filled with beach gear: chairs, toys, beach hauling carts, etc. Kitchen was equipped with every kind of cooking device and utensils. Everything was labeled nicely, so easy to navigate around the house and patio area. Has a lanai patio, so pool and hot tub are enclosed from bugs. Also has a great outdoor covered area with super comfy patio furniture with a wall mounted TV. One day it rained, but the family was still able to sit outside and watch a movie. Look forward to going back!

Absolutely an outstanding property! The home was beautifully furnished, extremely well stocked, and had everything our family needed for an amazing week in Marco Island. The pool, spa, and outdoor living area were incredible. Being able to walk to the beach or several local restaurants was a huge bonus. Location is everything and our family will for sure book again.

We absolutely loved our stay at South Beach Swan. From the moment we arrived, the house felt clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Marco Island for the week. The pool and spa area was easily one of our favorite parts of the home. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather, swimming, and just relaxing. The location was another huge plus—being able to walk to South Beach was awesome, and we were still close to restaurants, shopping, and everything else Marco Island has to offer. The house had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and having beach gear available made our beach days much easier. It really felt like the owners put thought into the little things that make a vacation more enjoyable. We made some great memories here and were honestly a little sad to leave. When we come back to Marco Island, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
