Leighann Stayed Aug, 2024 Review We had reserved the Oceanview penthouse originally, but unfortunately, there was a water issue and we had to be moved to a different penthouse the day of arrival. We were definitely sad to not have the ocean view, but we still enjoyed the room we were moved to. The covered balcony was very convenient and relaxing. The rooftop gave us the privacy we wanted to just bathe in the sun without having to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The shower was amazing and I loved the rainfall option! The bed was comfy and I loved that cable was available on the TV. Staff and valet were very nice and welcoming! We were close to everything we needed to be near, which was extremely convenient. We didnt use the hot tub because it was definitely too hot outside, but it was nice to have the option. Would definitely stay here again (hopefully in the ocean view penthouse). The hot tub is a little old and has sand and debris in it that you can't really clean out, but it isn't really dirty and functions just fine. You need to fill it up yourself which is nice for hygienic reasons. I do wish that it was made more clear that there were spare towels, sheets, and a safe hidden in the drawers, and that the broom given wasn't broken as water from the shower and sand from the beach get everywherrreee. The pool was difficult to find as there weren't instructions on how to get to it, but it was empty and clean whenever we used it. It also has a gate that leads straight to the beach walk which is helpful. Overall really nice. The place is quiet and private and directly next to everything. Not only was this apartment beautiful, clean, and easy to get to - its centrally located to EVERYTHING. We walked just about everywhere in Miami Beach and were practically on the beach. The apartment was spectacular and could fit a family of four easily - even the sofa bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the fridge and microwave a few mornings along with the silverware.
