The condo was clean and very comfortable. Its also in a great location. I was able to walk to wherever i needed to go. I had to get early check in and late check out and they were very accommodating. I would definitely reccomend this place to friends/family!

Stunning Views of the City
I was simply blown away by the unit I stayed in! The views of the city of Miami are unparalleled, especially at night. The unit is located at one of the best parts of South Beach- literally, a one minute walk away from the legendary Espanola Way. The rooftop hot tub and seating is next level. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom area is elegant and spacious. I cannot recommend this space enough!

Great place. Just as described and more. the Glass bottom pool was awesome and heated too. Hot Tub was nice hot and relaxing too. Plus you have your own Private Hot tub on the up stairs balcony as well. Plenty of hot water to fill it up. Beautiful skyline of South Beach Miami. You can see the ocean from the up stairs balcony and it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything else you need is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The trip started off with some things that needed correcting and when Steve replied back he apologized and thanked us for letting him know. Overall we were satisfied with the location and the many things to do in the area. Easy beach access. Afternoon sun on rooftop was a great place to sit before dinner. All in all trip was enjoyable.

Beautiful place. Beautiful location. The host was gracious enough to let us check in a little early. The price is kind of unbelievable for what we got. It felt like it was worth more, and that made it even sweeter. The lower patio is wonderful, and the interior of the unit makes you feel like youre living the good life! My BFF and I stayed recently here for 4 nights. I was a repeat. Guess I have stayed here before. I like this place because of its location I find it convenient and it’s close enough to the action without being right in the middle of the action if that makes sense. The beach is a block away and never have trouble finding a spot to put my towel down. The bed is comfortable and I enjoy sitting on the terraces because there’s two and just watching people and the gorgeous sunrises. The shower is awesome and there is a separate vanity area for make up so my girlfriend and I were able to not be on top of each other trying to get ready every day. I will be back.’

Cannot beat the location. Quick walk to anything South Beach has to offer. Unit had beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work on the rooftop terrace. My only critique is that appx a week out we received our access instructions which stated, Should you arrive past 10pm you will need to wait for another guest to hop on or off the elevator. We are not responsible for check in access before 4pm or past 10pm and hotel staff will not be able to provide access to the elevator. Our flight did not land untilpm so we knew we would likely not be arriving until after 10pm. After a long day of travel the last thing we wanted was to have to sit and wait for someone to even have access to our room. We texted the number numerous times in the week leading up to our trip and received no responses. After the 3rd time calling the we finally talked to someone. Apparently now the access issue is until midnight. Would have been a 5 star review if not for comms.

Very clean PH. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless. If one is looking to stay near the festivities, then this is the place to be at. The space is great for a couple that enjoys the night life. Next door PH neighbors were quiet also. From my experience, neighbors took to the streets to party rather than inside, which added for a quiet and safe place to sleep.

Wow.! Amazing.! Superb.! Those are all the words & more to explain how my stay was. Down to the check in, communication, & the place was great. My time in this Airbnb was just relaxing. If you need to leave for any reason the place has its own restaurant attached, along with many restaurants close by. If you happen to stay in the rooftop jacuzzi will have you relaxed but make you want to extend your stay.

This was the absolutely perfect place for me and my wife to visit South Beach for the first time! Located right by the most fun and interesting part of Ocean Drive, next to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. and right by the beach. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was updated, and the rooftop patio was AMAZING. Would definitely stay here again!

This place has got to be the best place to stay in south beach. Youre literally in the middle of the party, but the spot is private enough that you feel away in your own little world once youre there. The double balconies are the coooooolest, especially the top deck with the rooftop lounge and hot tub. 10/10 recommend staying here if youre going to Miami.

The room was smaller than I expected however the balcony and rooftop is very spacious, this place isnt for 4 people 2 -3 max. The location is wonderful everything is in walking distance the beach and the shopping area. Theres a lot of good food in the area overall I had a good experience

This place was as expected! It was big enough for me and my two sons to have the best time in Miami. It was centrally locates. We didnt even need to use Uber! The towels and chairs provided made traveling easier! The room was spotless and the upper deck provided hours of relaxation.

This place was awesome! I did a stay with my mom and having the rooftop hot tub was incredible! It gave us something to do at night when we didnt want to be out on the town! Check in was easy, location was perfect and the place was really clean! The sliding glass door blocks all street sounds so it was quiet and cozy. Would absolutely rent again!

Location, location, location! Smack in the middle of SOBE. Everything is super close, walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. However it is a double edge sword being in the middle of it all because it was quite loud at night. Its only 4 stories up so the noise of busy collins ave can be a bit much. Overall I would recommend this place if youre looking to party & stay up all night SOBE style. Steve was a very responsive host & the apartment was well equipped with everything you might need for your stay.

Hi Clint, that is correct as stated in our listing description parking is through Valet only for a daily fee. As suggested, there is a parking garage less than 1 block away for about $15-$20 per day. Most of our guests choose to opt-out of renting a vehicle since the location of our condo is central and within walking distance of all shopping, restaurants/bars, beach, and all the extra fun South Beach has to offer. Steves place can not be beat in terms of location, cleanliness and the rooftop terrace was a super plus. Walking to Ocean or Lincoln is steps away.

Great location, amazing balcony, very friendly booking staff
I booked this penthouse for 2 nights during Art Basel. The reservation staff (Leidy) was extremely helpful and gave me a nice discount for booking direct. The apartment is like a very nice hotel room with the added bonus of a beautiful balcony overlooking the city (with a tiny peek view of the ocean over the neighbor's wall.The bed, shower, bathroom and lounges were all very comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was not functioning. We could fill it with hot water, but the controls weren't working.All in all, we had a great stay.

Great place to stay if your planing to vacation in Miami. Right on the strip super clean and perfectly furnished. Just a little smaller than expected. All guests would be sleeping in the same room so if you want privacy it may be hard with this penthouse.

Location was great! Youre steps away from the beach and theres a Starbucks right across the street. Everything is a walking distance from the place. The two floor balcony was amazing. I stayed at the fountain Blu last year and it was nice but when I say this place is perfect it's perfect!! At one time I had 20 people in my room and on the rooftop comfortable!! The view at night was great and the beach in two min away..!! Best time ever.. Oh the liquor store is also 2 min away and there's a club bar rite across the street!! Best birthday time I had in a while!!

Location was perfect for our stay for south beach. Centrally locates to Lincoln and ocean drive. Rooftop terrace was perfect option as an alternate place to have fun and enjoy the sun in private. We looked forward to our hot tub on the terrace but the hot tub didnt work, one of the reason we booked this place. Host was prompt in communication until our issue with the hot tub. I had to ask to get an update.

Management was so great with late check in and any need we requested. Located in Z Hotel the management of hotel was less helpful and really didnt support individual owners like Sky Run which was not best practice for them. The team at Sky Run however were top quality and will be back!!! Thanks

Amazing location
Amazing location so close to the beach and everything we wanted to visit in South Beach was within walking distance! We actually didn't bother renting a car, it was a short cab ride from the airport (Uber was fabulous), and walked to various places in the historic district and shops and restaurants without any issues. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we had a great stay! The beach chairs and umbrella were the best and we rested every day on the penthouse roof. It was all very nice.

Amazing property and location!!
This condo is located directly in South Beach. It is close to everything. The unit was very clean. Comfy bed was very welcoming. The outdoor terrace area was amazing. We had an issue with the hot tub but the property manager came right away and got it fixed. He was very good with communicating with me. I look forward to staying at this unit on future dates to South Beach!!
