I absolutely loved this Airbnb and will for sure be back!! The resort, unit and view from balcony were all outstanding!! Only thing I would note is that the resort itself (separate from Airbnb) requires a $1000 hold but this wasnt really a problem as you can choose not to charge anything or you can use it to charge food and services to your room, which made it really easy to make purchases around the resort. No need to leave the resort as everything is onsite.The unit itself was really nice and the addition of microwave/toaster/dishes/sink made it easy to eat in if we wanted to. The bed was SUPER comfy and the TV was really big and easy to stream from your phone. My favorite part was the balcony view, which offers a view of the ocean on one side and the city on the other. All around I could not have found a better place to stay in Miami! LOVED it and will definitely be back!

I wish we had found Steves place sooner! The view from the private balcony was nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and the mini kitchenette was so convenient. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here for our next trip to Miami.

We had a wonderful time at the Fontainebleau ! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable ! The pictures looked exactly the same ! The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had a sink, kerig, fridge and microwave. We went to Target and got some drinks and food for our stay. There was silverware and some dishes as well. The room was very quiet ! We never heard a thing from anyone even on a Friday and Saturday. The pool area was nice as well as the beach. Umbrellas were $25. However to have a front row spot on the beach you had to pay $100-200 . One day we walked down further to another resort and paid $40 for a front row chair and umbrella. My onlyComplaint was there was not a free ice machine anywhere. I like ice in my water, but the pool did have water stations. Also be prepared for $200 a night holding fee from the resort. We stayed 5 nights so had to pay 1,000 at check in. Steve the host responded immediately with any help we needed !

Over all great hotel great room.What cannot be fixed - roaring noise of nearby AC units on the outdoor deck. Indirect (not direct) ocean view (I would not call this unit ocean front). Unit is across the hall from linen room so maids will be noisily in and out right by your room all day. What needed to be fixed - and was fixed - room handset phone dead, jacuzzi tub dead, AC not working properly, which was a big problem in August in Miami (did take two days, Airbnb compensated us with a partial refund for those two nights before everything was repaired - and host Steve was kind enough to send us an extra refund too). Host Steve was responsive about needed repairs. Be aware that repairs are effected only by Owner Services only 8am to 5pm only if directed by the host. The hotel will not help you with anything. Would stay again. The Fontainebleau is a world class resort and Steve's junior suite is available at far less than what you would pay the hotel for the same. Spa access too.

Great weekend getaway! We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was very clean and in a great location. The condo has access to the beach and the resort itself is beautiful. We would definitely go back and stay here, the only issue was the drain in the shower was not functioning properly and was causing the water to pool in the shower.

This place is beautiful! Location is just as described with amazing view of South Beach and the city of Miami. Room was clean upon arrival. The only issue was with the shower - the water in the shower did not drain and the drain needs to be cleaned. Make sure you are aware that there is an additional $150 cleaning fee charged by the hotel (in addition to the airbnb cleaning fee). And there is also a $75/day cleaning fee if you choose to have housekeeping every day. So if your do not disturb sign is not out, they will charge you $75/day. Room was spacious with ample space to unpack our bags. Hotel is gorgeous! Amazing pool and pool bar with great drinks and food. We had an awesome stay at Fontainebleau and will definitely be back!

The room was literally across from the beach. I think the beach was private because chairs were provided for the hotel. Umbrellas was extra cost and the hotel restaurants were expensive. But OMG! The breakfast was amazing there was endless mimosas and an omelet bar. Everything was fantastic. The only downside was the tub did not have working jets. There was buttons for them but they were damaged severely and unusable. The shower was great and you could sit down inside but the water seemed to have a hard time draining. In all it was great but for the price I wouldve expected a bit more.

Really great accommodations and stay. The suite is in one of the more quiet buildings of the Fontainebleau, which was really nice. The main pool at the Fontainebleau is very loud and not so relaxing, so it was nice that we had options to use the residential pool at the Tressor tower, which was very calm and relaxing. Having access to the spa was incredible and the beach access with chairs was really great. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the large king bed with blackout shades me to sleeping in very easy. If you do not want daily housekeeping, which will cost you an additional $75 a day, make sure you put the do not disturb sign on your door. We were not aware of this and the Housekeepers came in one day unasked and the hotel charged us an additional $75 for the cleaning fee. We reached out to Steve and the management department is handling this with the hotel directly.

Das Zimmer ist schn und sauber.Auf dem Balkon ist es sehr, sehr laut, da dort irgendwelche Aussengerte von Klimaanlagen gegenber sind. Man kann sich kaum unterhalten oder telefonieren. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, das Hotel ist super. Steve hat leider fter nicht oder sehr versptet reagiert, was uns zu Unannehmlichkeiten gebracht hat.

Great stay at a wonderful location. This Airbnb offers all the best of staying at the Fountainblue with additional perks. The unit was clean and as described, just like staying in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom large. Check in was easy and the owners valet and no fee was a life saver. The hotel itself is busy and fun, kind of a party vibe on the weekends. Being able to stay on the Airbnb side was a bonus, because you have access to all the beautiful amenities (11 pools!) while just a bit away from the party in the owners towers. This made it feel a bit more restful and resort like. The spa passes included in the Airbnb are awesome. My fianc and I used the amazing facilities. Wonderful beach access and lots of restaurants within the hotel complex. A few minor things to improve the stay the blow dryer didnt work well which meant I couldnt do my hair for dinner. And the vibe in the pools and hotel changes on the weekends to a major party place. Especially at night. We had fun and enjoyed but definitely stayed on the Airbnb side at night, which is nice to have with this unit. This was minor compared to the awesome time we had. You will get a uniquely Miami experience, while staying in this hotel like unit, with additional perks. Steve and the Airbnb team made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

This room is everything and more! I enjoyed my stay at Steve's the check was flawless, the room is spacious, and Steve communicated well throughout the entire stay. The day I was supposed to checkout the hotel system was down but I wanted to stay an extra night. Steve quickly helped extend in a matter of minutes. The hotel was crowded and stayed lit if you wanna be where the action is this is the hotel for you. I give this stay a 20 out of 10 highly recommended. I will be coming to stay again.

Steve Is Absolutely great! Quick to respond, and gives great directions on how to check in, etc. Our room was very nice, clean, and as shown in photos. The view was great, and there was nothing more I could have asked for! The Valet from this building is so much better than the regular building as it is less busy. It will save you a ton of Time. Would not ever hesitate to stay at any place Steve has available. If your looking for a great getaway in Miami this is it!!

This place was as nice as it gets. Everything as advertised and more. Beware of the mandatory 20% tipping on everything though. They are charging 20% on every drink as a mandatory tip. All in all, it leads to shabby service, which is the case all over south beach. Did however have great service at the Italian restaurant in the Fountainbleau. If money is no object, this place is awesome.

We had a great stay in Steves room at the Hotel Fontainebleau. Steve was very prompt when asked questions about the hotel. The room was clean, the check-in process was seamless. The on-site parking spot was a great relief as well. One minor issue with a lighting fixture, but not nearly enough to take away from a great experience. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Steve did a great job communicating and the place was excellent. The check in process was easy. The valet parking was free and terrific, and the room was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location and the pools are exceptional. The room has a great balcony with views of the ocean as well as the Miami skyline. The free spa is passes were also great as they spa had gorgeous jacuzzis, steam rooms, rain showers and a mineral pool. I would highly recommend a stay here as the experience was 5 star all around.Thank you Steve.

Wow, what a place. LOVED Fontainebleau.
This place is first class. Beautiful people everywhere. The gym is very good for a hotel gym. The bar was a lot of fun in the evening. My only complaint was that LIV was not open during my stay. But that was a Covid restriction. Valets were quick and polite. The pool was a lot of fun. Not a cheap place to stay. But very worth what you pay.

Didnt realize crib was considered a bed and there was no crib in the room anyway had to order a roll out bed because we had no children

Our stay at the Fontainebleau was absolutely incredible. The room is facing the south side with a partial ocean view and city view. The JR. Suite is spacious, very clean, and offers everything you need for a fun getaway. The only drawback is the A/C noise is slightly stronger than I would prefer, but all in all it is an incredible stay.

Great place for our family vacation! The pools at the fountainbleau are fanatastic. The room was perfect for us!

Nice place very clean and great location. I would book again. However; the hotel does charge an extra $55 cleaning fee.

The location and room was very nice. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it. The bars, some amenities outside and the pools closed around 6, so I would advise planning to stay more than one day/night since the check in is 4pm and checkout 10am. Everyone was helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

This was due to the Hotel's computer system crashing and was quickly restored within a few hours, however, this is an isolated incident that affected the entire hotel and does not happen often. The experience was amazing. Even before arriving the communications, booking and confirmations were easy. The place was exactly as described - very clean and with access to amazing facilities. The room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. Thank you and looking forward to renting this place again in the near future.

Best stay ever!
My family and I had a great time!! The condo is spacious, modern and the views are to die for! The hotel is amazing and you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. We can't wait to be back!
