Exactly as pictured. Clean. Basic amenities provided. Enjoyed our stay. We never had to contact host once during our stay, everything was seamless. Area is perfect. Would suggest bringing your own sun tent as umbrella line was long and they are limited. We did and it was a great decision. Bring a cooler, there is not beach service on the beach. If you have those things ready you will be totally prepared.

Great place and we really appreciated the hospitality. Two issues that were out of the hosts control. TV was down in the whole place and the elevators shut down during checkout. None of that were on the host. Awesome job and we are appreciative of the place during our family break. The smoke detector is still by the television unplugged. We received the batteries from the front desk but it kept beeping after I hooked it back up. We loaded the dish washer and cleaned as much as we could as we left. Thank you,The Treen Family

Condo was just like the pictures listed. Beach toys already in room were nice to have for beach days with the kids. Good location, gorgeous beach. EL Vez (restaurant in hotel) was great! We used instacart for breakfast groceries which was amazing when having a full size fridge. Condo was about an hour away from Miami zoo. Steve was amazing too! Any time we had a question he answered right away and was so kind. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful condo and location. I would give a higher rating however, the delay with only having access to one elevator was a bummer. The owner should invest in more wash cloths. There were five of us but only three wash cloths. The only other complaint is that there were so many animals in the building and riding the elevators with us.

Steves listing was accurately depicted and was a pleasure to stay in. The unit has beautiful views from east to west including the canal and the oceanfront beach. The ability to use two pools depending on the day and our mood, service at the private area of the beach, and proximity to stores and great restaurants and activities was great. When we arrived, the unit was missing some basic kitchenware but when we notified Steve, he immediately had new things delivered. He was responsive and receptive to our communication. While not Steves fault at all, two of the three elevator banks were not working during our stay. A few of the days when the building was busy, we had to wait a bit for the elevator- but it was a minor inconvenience for an otherwise wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone- location, furnishings, kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, amenities were top notch.

We stayed at the W for our best friends bachelorette party in November. Steve was very responsive with all of our questions and did allow us to check-in early. The room was gorgeous with a nice view of the ocean. There were so many things to do even just through the amenities of the hotel. The room had everything you needed, kitchen wide and bathroom wide. The W staff was fantastic and so accommodating. It was truly a great stay!

Place was super clean, Steve had beach toys in the closet if you have little ones with you. Its literally on the beach. When you go to the beach, you show them your room card and you receive , chairs, umbrellas and towels, the balcony is HUGE! I would definitely book again. No issues at all!

The condo is very nice and even has a view of the ocean from a cute terrace. It has a full kitchen and two full bedrooms which are very comfortable. If you have someone sleeping on the "pull-out" -- it is very thin so they will probably actually be sleeping on the couch. The W is a nice property with two great restaurants (El Vez and Steak 954). It also has a terrific vegan spot which has great Acai bowls, etc. Also, it's right across the A1A from the beach and close to a lot of other restaurants, etc.

I was the made of Honor for my sisters wedding and organized my sisters bachelorette weekend away, along with the other bridesmaids.We reserved the condo for 3 nights. There was 6 of us and we had the most incredible time.The balcony is wide and long. We were able to sit and hang out, enjoyed drinks with a magnificent view. The place is very spacious and it has a full kitchen. We we were able to buy our own snacks, beverages and we could have cooked if we wanted but we wanted to try the restaurants around.The beach is right across the street. We spent one day at the beach and one day at the pool.We reserved a cabana on Saturday. I was able to decorate the area for the occasion and had great poolside service of food and cocktails.They had a female DJ that day. She was awesome! Great vibe. We checked out a few restaurants and did a wine tasting. All within walking distance.The steak 954 restaurant on premises is out of this world.My sister had the best time ever. We all did.I would love to go back and stay here again.

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale (I usually get a hotel or stay with friends), and I have to say I will come back. My wife and I came down for a long weekend for our anniversary and it was a perfect romantic getaway. The room was immaculate and the views from the balcony were perfect for quiet and romantic weekend. There was even a bottle of wine from the host waiting for us when we arrived! Our last full day was the highlight...we went for a long walk on the beach in the morning, had lunch at a great Mexican place right on the water, lounged by the pool for a couple of hours and enjoyed a bottle of wine and people watched, and then had a ridiculously good meal at Steak 954. I don't think we have had this much fun since our honeymoon!! Perfect location and everything we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

Amazing Location and Views!

We stayed here over the summer and loved it so much we came back a second time. Flying direct from CT to FLL the location of this place is perfect. We just got an Uber from the airport and were there within 10 minutes and didn't need to worry about a car the entire time. The unit was spotless and felt very luxurious. The views of the ocean and intercoastal from the balcony can't be beat. There are 2 pools with cabanas (one has music and the other is more laid back) that were the perfect way to relax and hangout. The restaurants in and around the complex were all amazing in both quality and ocean views. Access to the towel service and umbrellas on the private beach in front of the W was a major plus. We had a great time and will be back!

So my fianc and I stayed here with another couple and I have to say we couldnt have been happier with the place. It has all the amenities that a luxurious condo would need, and the view on the 20th floor is simply amazing. We couldnt ask for anything more with this unit. The condo is situated in the most perfect location, right in the central part of where all the nightlife and entertainment is. Its also right across from the beach and the pool has an amazing DJ on the weekends. They also have a quieter pool for those that like a quieter setting. The complex also has its own set of amazing restaurants. You do not even need to leave the hotel as it has so many things for you to do. We would def stay here again no doubt.

Wonderful property

Beautiful clean condo with AMAZING views and a wonderful host! The property was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 and it is equipped with everything you may need for a memorable stay. The condo is located right on the beach at the W Hotel with access to all amenities such as beach chairs/umbrellas and complimentary bikes. Our kids really enjoyed the main hotel pool, while our parents preferred the residential pool being more laid back. The onsite restaurants offer great dining options, we especially enjoyed ordering room service from Steak 954. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and convenience stores are less than a 5 minute drive. We look forward to our next stay, thanks again for a wonderful accommodation!

Incredible getaway

My partner and I along with another couple spend three wonderful nights there! The view is absolutely amazing. You get to view the beach as well city inter coastal. AMAZING!

This property exceeded our expectations. The views are great, spacious all around, nicely furnished. The location is perfect, everything within walking distance. Beach chairs are a huge plus. The option to choose from two pools (one is busy and the other more laid back). The property was very clean and equipped with all you may need for a great stay. My family cannot wait to come back!
