THE SPACE:
Inside, the condo features a bright and welcoming layout designed for both comfort and convenience. The living area offers comfortable seating, coastal décor, and an electric fireplace, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils for preparing meals during your stay, along with a Keurig, standard coffee maker, and tea kettle. The dining area features bar seating for six, perfect for family meals or planning the next day’s adventures.

Step outside to the private screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful lake, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or wind down in the evening. A deck box located on the porch contains miscellaneous beach gear and toys for guest use (items may vary). Guests also enjoy free WiFi throughout the condo and convenient keyless digital entry.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, Roku TV with cable, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with mosaic tile flooring. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and Roku TV and connects to the shared hallway bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination, perfect for families traveling with children. In addition to the two bedrooms, the condo includes a built-in twin bunk bed nook in the hallway, a fun and practical sleeping space for kids.

For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and a community charcoal grill is located nearby in the grassy area at the end of the building.

The condo is a short drive to the Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, or Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall. Everything you need is nearby, and Miramar Beach offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family.

PARKING:
Guests receive two parking passes and may park in any open space within the resort. While golf carts are welcome, trailers, RVs, and motorhomes are not permitted to ensure the community’s tranquil environment.

PET POLICY:
Pets are not permitted at this property.

SMOKING POLICY:
This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and on the porch.

HOUSE RULES:
Primary renter must be 25 or older and be present the entire length of stay. Hanging towels or clothing outside the unit is not allowed, nor are charcoal or wood-burning grills or smokers. House parties are prohibited. Electric cars may not be charged at golf cart stations, as this could cause electrical issues. Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN:
You will receive check-in details via email and text message seven days before your arrival, including directions, access codes, and all necessary information for a smooth and contactless check-in. On the day of your arrival, a confirmation text will be sent to ensure you have the most up-to-date details and to confirm access to the property.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
- Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.
