This large 3-bedroom villa includes accommodations for 9 guests. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub shower. The guest bedroom that is located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and large closet. The second guest bedroom includes twin over queen bunk, flat panel tv, and closet. On the main floor there is a second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
The large common area has plenty of seating with access to the back deck that includes two lounging chairs and patio seating for four with table. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living room and includes modern appliances to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don’t feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 6 guests. The washer and dryer is located on the ground just off the covered seating area with plenty of comfortable seating for the perfect place to mingle with your friends and family.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has lots of amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools (2 heated during winter), 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper resort offers 1100 feet of private beach. Contact the resort’s beach service for pricing and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. During the summer months enjoy lunch at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill located at the beach pavilion with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico!

DINING and SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. Contact the resort for requirements.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort guard gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

We fully enjoyed our stay. It worked perfectly for our family. The surfaces were a bit dusty, especially upstairs. So I feel it could have been cleaned a bit better, but we would definitely stay again.

This was our first time at Sandpiper Cove. Villa 35 happy place did not disappoint. It was exactly as described plus some. Place was very clean and roomy for the whole family. Lots of little extras (trash bags, small soaps and shampoos, hair dryer, and kitchen fully stocked) The walk to beach was a little long for our littles but we were able to take car and park at beach. Beach chair rental service was excellent. Neighborhood was very quiet and super friendly. Felt very safe during our stay. Check in and check out was easy!! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove. The condo was clean and the maintenance responded to our request for a new grill (the old one had no bottom) within 24 hrs. I do recommend texting for communication over contacting on this app. We loved sitting outside on the deck in the morning, very peaceful.Location: We chose to drive to the beach because we had kids and coolers. We were always able to find a parking spot (we usually arrived around 9am, left around lunch, and came back around 5pm). You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes but it may be difficult if you have a lot of items or small kids. Winn Dixie and Target are just a couple of minutes away. Amenities: The condo had great amenities and we enjoyed the pools, we especially loved the one by Louisiana Lagniappe because it wasnt usually too crowded and you could see the harbor. The on-site restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe was the best food and service we had on the trip (but arrive when they open or you may be waiting a while)

Sandpiper Cove - Great location, Nice place especially for the teenagers that we were chaperoning. Clean , spacious and nice all around. Short walk to the beach. Suggest getting exact location of the unit being rented so that you know how close you are to the beach. Also, some units have additional parking which they won't tell you about in advance. Will definitely stay here again.

Review

If you plan to invite family, whoever will show up first needs to be the booker. They will not allow anyone else to check in even if you call them to approve the matter. Also, there is an elevator in the rental which isnt in the photos. It takes up a lot of room on each floor and you also are not allowed to use it. Along with a golf cart which takes up a parking space on the property. The upstairs closet is locked and cant be used along with a storage door on the second floor and first floor. I also had found a similar condo cheaper at the same place but didnt book in time. We will definitely stay at sand piper cove again but will not book this condo. With all that said, you cant beat staying at sand piper cove. We book here every time we visit Destin for the golf, pools, beach, tennis, and bay access which are all free!

Everything you need from a beach condo at a great value! The condo is inside the gated Sandpiper Cove Resort - Its probably a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, but you could also drive over if you are bringing lots of things. The private access beach was awesome. They have chair and umbrella rentals, but there were 4 good beach chairs and 2 umbrellas left at the condo that we used.The house was nice - nothing fancy, but just as its listed! The outdoor living areas were great and we were able to use the grill which was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but lacked some pantry basics like salt and pepper, oil, coffee filters, and the tap water was terrible for drinking. We had to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and laundry detergent too, which is always a bit of a bummer. Regardless, it was a great stay and had everything you need for a successful beach trip!

Wonderful Condo and Hostess

This unit is very spacious and very clean. We absolutely loved the open space under the condo so relaxing to sit out and enjoy mother nature. The owner is the sweetest she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed. A plus was she had 5 beach chairs available, so no need to lug that with you when making a trip and a golf cart is provided which made going to the beach easy. My family enjoyed their vacation and we will definitely be back again.

We had so much fun on our fam vacation and this home made us feel very comfortable, it was so convenient to have the beach at a walking distance but best of all that we had a private beach so it wasnt crowded with so many people. Very helpful host and answered all my questions quickly. Only flaw is check in is so late 4pm so if you arrive early there is no access anywhere around not even the beach which sucked:( because we could have wasted time there while our home was ready. Also security isnt the friendless but despite that we had a great time.
