Lack of snow meant we couldn't access Park City Mountain from the nearby Quitin' Time run, but the house is a 5 minute drive from either Deer Valley or Park City resorts. It has a lot of nice touches (such as comfy throws in the living area) that make it feel homey. The listing photos are accurate. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses, and silverware as well as pots, pans, a blender, etc. We found the main beds (king and queens) to be comfortable with quality linens (cannot comment about the twin/bunk beds because we didn't use them). The hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived (no fooling with heating it). Easy walk to Main St. and restaurants, shops, etc. Can walk to Town Lift access (up a set of stairs and about one block) so no need to take a shuttle or drive to the lift area.
