Dale Hadden Stayed Jul, 2025 Perfect Stay with Endless Activities! The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of sleeping options and 4 bathrooms was a plus. We also took advantage of the BBQ on the patio a couple times. The location was perfect. About a 20 minute walk to Main Street where we got to experience the Silly Market Sunday. Starbucks and Fresh Market right across the street. We rented mountain bikes at Coles which was about 100 yards away and rode to New Park for lunch at Maxwells. Just minutes away from great hiking trails which Blood Lakes Trail was our favorite. River Rafting at Utah Outdoor Adventures was a great experience and highly recommended. We also recommend seeing the Flying Aces at Utah Olympic Park, spectacular show. Location is better than advertised and super convenient - city bus stops are steps away on Empire and Main, grocery and liquor stores are an easy walk, and it's a short walk to Park City Mountain Village (even in ski boots)! In fact, we found that it was even more convenient to walk maybe 5 minutes over to First Time Lift, then ski down into the village. When returning for the day, you can ski down to First Time and even ski across the golf course almost to your front door. We were 2 adults and 5 adolescent kids, yet had plenty of room. The master is situated well away from the rest of the unit, and the bunk room was perfect for the boys. Kitchen is very well equipped, the common area has room for all to commune comfortably, and the washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The unit advertises that it can accommodate up to 11 guests, and that would likely still be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, furnishings are comfortable and modern, WiFi is strong, TV's are everywhere, and the decorating is top notch. We even enjoyed the hot tubs, which are a just a short walk away.This place really exceeded our expectations, both in location and comfort. This was our fourth visit to Park City, and though we've stayed in larger accommodations closer to the mountain (and with bigger price tags), this was our favorite! Payday and Crescent slopes were just a short 10-15 min walk from the house. There is a supermarket and a Starbucks very close to the house (10 min walk as well). What an incredible find this spot was for our family. We had plenty of space for my wife and me, her parents, and all our kids.
