Great location!

This 3Kings townhome was everything as advertised! Great place, great location and great service from Skyrun. Of all the property mgrs/owners we texted in our search, Skyrun was the MOST responsive. The place is nicely upgraded and very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, lots of natural light, and keyless entry made for easy coming and going. Covered parking garage kept the car cool from summer heat. If you’re coming up for 4th of July, you’ll be within a 15min walk of the parade, and you’ll see the Independence Day drone night show right outside the back patio. It’s about a 20min walk to Main Street/restaurants, and very close to hiking/biking trails. Great place for a small family or two couples. We will be back!!

Absolutely Serene!

Loved this place. It was really nicely decorated with quality finishes. Covered parking and as close to the slopes as you could get without being ski in/ ski out. The condo driveway is literally at the parking lot to the slopes. The owners and property manager were fantastic. Easy to communicate with, very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.We had 4 adults, but could've added 2 more comfortably. 4 adults and 4 kids wouldn't be a problem either. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and barware to make dining in a great option. Gas stove!The community center with dry sauna, hot tub and pool was really nice, but we couldn't adjust the temperature on the hot tub and it wasn't keeping up with the cold January days (10-20 degrees).

Great option in Park City near lifts

We booked last minute for the Christmas period and it was our first experience with the host. Everything went very smoothly and they provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The unit pictures are accurate and there is plenty of closet space which the pictures don't show. Kitchen well equipped and location is great as you can literally almost ski back to the unit and getting the the lifts is easy too (5min walk). The townhouse would be even better with a bigger TV in the living room and a more powerful fireplace to make it even more cozy. All in all a great place to hit the slopes at park city with great views of the snow covered golf course to boot!

Great option in Park City near lifts

Townhouse pictures matched the actual unit. We were wondering about closets that did not appear on the pictures but they are plentiful! Well appointed kitchen. Check-in and information in general from host was impeccable. Unit has very nice views of the golf course which in winter provides a beautiful view when there is snow. It is located an easy 5 min walk to a lift getting you going on the Park City mountain. This is a HUGE plus given the parking issues in high season. Would recommend this place.

Pre-Christmas stay in park city

Just right for a family with kids

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood at the foot of a ski slope. There are some wonderful hiking trails just steps away. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room, nice amenities, pretty view. The best part was the room for the kids, upstairs, bunkbeds, it was like a luxury hide out for them. We had a wonderful time. The house is also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

Excellent location and amenities

3 Kings great unit walking to slopes

Great unit, 3 Kings is most convenient. Only issues were that pool was closed (some sort of issue with HOA.. kids had been looking forward to pool :(). And kitchen was well equipped but no spices so youll have to bring or buy everything for cooking. Very clean, very responsive manager, comfortable and super easy for skiing. Bus just outside so easy to and from restaurants too.

Great condo!

My family has stayed at this condo 2x now and it's perfect for our family of four. The unit itself is really nice with a master bedroom downstairs and a private upstairs bedroom for our kids. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to the lifts and good location for anything in Park City. Michael has been really awesome to work with and we won't stay anywhere else in Park City! Great location!

We were very happy with this property. Of all the properties in this Three Kings development, this one is probably situated the closest to the slopes. Also, it is well furnished and has great windows / natural lighting (especially compared to the the other large condo development next door, where we had friends staying). The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed. Big thumbs up!

Great Condo, Walk to the Slopes

We had a fun stay in February at this remodeled Three Kings condo. The set up was very comfortable for my family of 7. The underground parking is convenient, just a short walk up to the condo. The views from inside the condo are amazing - we saw the slopes of PCMR and the nordic skiing track/golf course. The kids enjoyed making a snowman right outside the back patio and enjoyed the use of the nice sled that was provided in the unit.

Amazing Property, Amazing Price!

We split this property between 7 guys and it worked great for more than just base camp. I think the only thing they could improve is adding a love seat to the living room so that guests aren't having to rotate sitting at the bar and also adding some drying hooks above the fireplace for glove and hat drying. Being so close to the lift and most major shuttle stops makes this villa great as well, in addition to the community amenities such as the heated pool and hot tub.

Super location for Sundance + Skiing

Amazing Condo, Amazing Location

This condo is sweet! Newly remodeled and very clean, with mountain decor and modern amenities. All the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect with lifts right across the street, mountain biking out your door, short walk to main street, nice pool/hot tub a short stroll away as well. We couldn't have asked for more as it really made our stay in PC easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Short walk to Main Street. 30 second walk to closest lift on PC Mountain. 30 second walk to hot tub and pool. Easy covered parking. Great ski and boot storage in condo. Back patio overlooks golf course. We saw two moose there! The kids loved the bunk beds! We've rented lots of places over the years and comfy beds are important- you won't be disappointed here! This condo is very well taken care of and is very clean. It fit four of us very comfortably but could definitely accommodate more. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!!
