Updated Comfort: The home has been recently updated with new Smart TVs featuring Smart Apps and Xfinity Cable by Comcast. The internet is also ready for some evening relaxation or early morning remote work with high-speed connectivity.

Getting Around is a Breeze: Getting around Park City is super convenient using the Free Park City bus system, which has stops all over town. Just enter your location and desired destination in Google Maps, select Transit as your mode of transport, and you'll be provided with bus colors and times of scheduled bus arrivals.

36 Sweet Newpark Town home on the creek

Good town home. Clean. Mat the handy man was Terrific, fixed every thing when we arrived. Max and Zac were wonderful. Immediately took care of anything that needed done. Close to everything. Kitchen was well equipped for our everyday needs. Thanks again to SkyRun management.

Great place & great location

We loved it time in this townhome. Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over Swaner Preserve was an additional bonus. The property has everything we wanted or needed. The management was very responsive to any issues we had. The proximity to Kimball junction was also a big plus.

Review

Sky Run was a Great location, very convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and Ski resorts. The condo was spotless and felt like home. Staff was amazing prior to check in, during the entire stay and upon checkout. They were very attentive to every need and request. I would highly recommend staying at Sky Run and I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Great Stay in Park City

We loved our stay at Newpark in Park City. we thought at first it might be not very convenient but found the location to be excellent, very walkable, with restaurants, shops, groceries, and a movie theater. the Park City free bus system gets you to the slopes seamlessly. The townhome itself was just as advertised, very clean, and we loved the hot tub. SkyRun was great to work with. Overall a great experience, and we can't wait to return.
