We had a fantastic time at the Woodside property. Its location cannot be beat. Steps to main st in town and steps up to Quitn Time ski run that allows ski in and ski out. The condo isnt enormous but is well laid out and has everything we needed. The property manager was super communicative. Excellent!

Perfect place to stay for the break. Even though the town runs weren't open because of the lack of snow you could easily get on a run to start on the town lift. View is great overlooking the town and super clean. Would love to stay there again!

SkyRun was very responsive to my questions, and they responded and fixed a broken step in a couple days. The unit was a bit smaller than the pictures might indicate but it worked out fine.

Great spot in downtown PC

We were looking for a good spot on, or near, the Main St. section of downtown Park City. This was a great spot. We could easily walk down to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The place is quaint but there is enough room for 4 adults (one couple and two singles) no problem.

Overall, a wonderful condo, and very close to a lot of the to do areas of Park City. We comfortably had two couples, for a long weekend, and the space is quite cozy the stairs to-and-from downtown are certainly daunting in the snow but not impossible.

Wonderful place in perfect location

This property was ideal for a Park City trip. It was a short walk to Historic Main St, the Town Lift, and the transit station to Deer Valley. The fireplace and adjacent Mountain Views were the perfect way to start each day. We had a wonderful time and cant recommend this place enough! Greg

Overall a 5 on location and access. Loved it and would return. Host checked in with us several times and was available. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of fresh towels and extra blankets. Nice welcome basket upon arrival, helped as we were starving and loved the wine, thank you! The location was fantastic...walked to town (2-3) mins at most, down the staircase. Directions to get up to the 'Quitting Time' run could be a little clearer for skiers, that was confusing but after a bit we figured it out. Don't let the pics of the 'view' with the lower building discourage you, the surroundings were very pretty especially at night. The only downfalls were minor. The unit had very thin walls, so be prepared for that just bring some earplugs. The twin/twin room is super tiny and the staircase for access is very narrow and steep so might not be good for young kids coming down the stairs at night. Fine for mid aged and older kids. Comfy and cute and everything worked! Thanks

Great stay! Minutes away from Main street and a 10 minute walk to the town lift for skiing. Awesome location and cozy condo. Well stocked and came with a cute welcome basket. Nice spot to land.

Cozy home, very walkable to downtown thanks to two stairways to the main street. The town lift was not open yet, but when it is it will be a .25 mile walk. The management was very quick to respond and the beds and linens were very comfortable. I'd stay again.

Perfect for a cozy mountain getaway!!

My wife is originally from Utah so we've visited numerous times, but this stay in Park City at this condo has been our favorite, by far. Upon our arrival, there was a welcome basket with some goodies for our stay and a thoughtful card with text information for the property manager. The communication with the manager was great, even for small logistic questions. The condo itself is so cozy and well laid out. Tons of space to sleep and a lovely balcony with amazing views of Park City and the surrounding mountains. It's close to everything on Main and Park, but still quiet. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to booking again.

Unbelievable location - direct access to stairs up to Quitting Time and down to Main Street made this property such a gem!Definitely on the smaller side in terms of kitchen and 3rd bedroom along with no direct bathroom access for the loft upstairs (had to come down a spiral staircase). The master bath was a bit cramped but bedroom was spacious. Location offset any of these gaps and it was a great experience! Will stay here again!

Park City Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Park City, and being so close to Main Street became very convenient as it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go whether it was a restaurant or shopping. The view was also very pretty, being able to look off of the patio and see the mountain side made our vacation scenic, as well.

Really nice home in. a perfect location

Spent a long weekend and had a fabulous time. Walking distance to main right by 501 main so in the middle of everything. Well equipped, great outdoor space on the deck and beds were supper comfortable. We will stay again.

First Time Park City Visit!

Great spot in a great location just two blocks from downtown. As a first timer in Park City, we werent prepared for no A/C in the middle of July. But the property was filled with fans and soon the temperatures became a non-issue. The upstairs loft space was a bit small for adults but would be a perfect added space for a family with kids. Highly recommend for any small group going to Park City!

The location of this place is as close to perfect as you can get. Easy to the trail (if conditions are right ski right back to the driveway) and to downtown. Plenty of room in the condo and well supplied. Strongly recommend renting for a ski vacation.

We had an incredible 4 night stay. Very short walk to Main St and all the action. Must be in shape for all those stairs down then back up at 7,000 ft of altitude but wow SO SO convenient and great to build up an appetite for and also to walk off dinner. Super easy and convenient to get to and from the slopes. Really short walk and youre on the trail that takes you to the Town Lift where you get your lift ticket. Keep in mind that your last run of the day will be a Blue at the very end. No biggie. The place itself was just perfect. So nice to have a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. Thank you. Gas fireplace was in use every second we were in the living room and added so much to our stay. Plenty of board games and DVDs to kill time. You will never forget the mattresses and the bedding in this place. Hands down the most comfy beds of any place weve ever stayed in. Thank you and cant wait to come back!

Great location for walking to Main Street. Five minute walk down the stairs to shops and restaurants. Well equipped and cozy place, we enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back when the trails are all open to take advantage of the ski in location, we went too early in the season. Common area comfortable for four adults. Master bed is extremely comfortable. There is parking for two cars.

This was everything they described it to be and we loved every second of our stay. We spent a girls weekend with 4 adults. It was great because everyone had their own bed. The living room around the fireplace has ample seating. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra blankets for lounging around the fireplace. All the amazing shops and restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk. The staircase just across the street takes you straight down to Pink Elephant Coffee Shop, which was a nice touch for any coffee snob. Because we were so early in the season, the runs behind our unit were not yet open. But we were still on the slopes in 5 minutes because we valeted the skis at the base of Park City Resort each day, so didnt have to carry our gear. If you rent there, its free. All in all, this was a great stay.

Sister Retreat

Five sisters got together for a fun weekend. Had a great time. Condo was in a perfect location, watch yourself on the stairs going downtown. Deck had a great view and perfect for sitting outside sipping wine. Would stay again when in Park City.

Great property in a great location.

Great place, great location!

This place was great, located near everything and right on a run. It was a nice clean place with a very good layout. I did not have any problem locating it or getting our things moved in. Everything worked and it was as advertised. There are a few things I personally would like to be different;The nest thermostat changed to a very cold temperature in the middle of the night and would not stay on a manual setting. There are no TVs in the bedrooms except the master. The upstairs bedroom needs blinds on the window for the rising sun and the master bedroom needs room darkening blinds. The living room TV should be a smart TV like the one in the bedroom. None of that would cause me to not stay here again, which i plan to do the next time I visit Park City.

Convenience and Comfort

Quittin' Time was everything we were hoping it would be. An easy ski in ski out ( a quick walk up some stairs to the slopes) location and easy walk (down some stairs) into Historic Park City. The condo is so warm and welcoming and comfortable. It was the perfect place for the five of us to unwind after a day on the slopes. Deck with grill was easy to use for at home meals. Added bonus, a welcome basket with some supplies and goodies to get you through the first day or so. Garage with space for ski and snowboard gear was perfect. Very helpful rental binder with info on the condo and local activities. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location

This is a great place to spend a ski vacation in Park City. It is 2 (long) flights of stairs to Main Street because the streets are built into the mountain, and one flight of stairs to the Quittin' Time trail that leads to the Town Lift. I would warn that you need to be at least an intermediate skier to get back that way because the last portion of the run is a bit steep and icy from traffic. I skied back every day with the kids- my wife and father would Uber from the main base. Either way, if you want to have the best of both Main Street access and lift access, this location really can't be beat. You definitely need to be in decent shape with all the stair climbing! Very nice accommodations as well. Perfect for my wife and I, my father, and 2 kids.

Great Location

The location was perfect and easy walk to town and the slopes. The space is perfect for a family with three separate sleeping areas and a good common area and kitchen.The only issue was the upstairs renters were very loud until 3AM for two nights!

Great location, Modern high end kitchen and baths, Spacious family room

Lovely location on Quittin' Time trail in Old Town, overlooking the town center. Short walk downhill to main street restaurants, shops and lift. Spacious living room with gas fireplace, wraparound couch, large open porch, and nice view overlooking the town center. Modern kitchen area with modern, attractive granite counter, gas stove, and appliances. Two bathrooms with tiled shower and and tub enclosures. Two main bedrooms with a third cozy loft bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase. Clean and well-managed with clear directions and instructions. Really enjoyed our week there!

Great location

The easy access (if youre fit enough to do stairs) to Main Street is what makes this rental special. Condo is okay, a little tired. But enjoyed the location, and nice porch with view. Property manager was always quick response, friendly, and helpful.

Decent condo and location

For ski in/out, walk down the street maybe about 4 - 6 houses down on the left you'll see a stairway going up to Quittin Time trail. Climb the stairs and ski down to Town Lift.When returning at the end of the day, take note that the part of Quittin Time trail that you must ski down to get back to said stairway is a little challenging. Ski it once and you'll see what I mean. It's certainly doable and would be easy for an expert, a little challenging for intermediate, very hard for beginner.Regardless, the condo is decent and clean, beds seemed comfortable. Easy walk down a few flights of stairs to Main Street. Going back up the stairs may be a little challenging for elderly or someone with knee or fitness issues. The average person, no problem.Convenient parking space in front of the garage. Mike is very responsive and helpful. Keeps his words and tries his best.

Good vacation rental, nice unit, great location!

Very nice condo, clean, stocked with plenty of quality linens and essentials to get u started. Love garage space and key pad entry into unit and garage. Location is up stairs from Main Street, very convenient to Main Street and awesome to ski to Main Street lift. Would stay again. Only wish had a hot tub. Great stay. I give 5 stars

Super 3br condo in an outstanding PC location

Our family of four had an outstanding Park City ski vacation staying at this well appointed condo. Its a few steps up to ski in/out on Quittin Time and town lift, and two flights of stairs down to the restaurants, bars and shops of historic PC. A massive and comfy couch in front of a gas fireplace made for excellent RnR, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property manager was excellent and easy to reach.

Cozy and most convenient condo

We were looking for quality and proximity and our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. The condo has 2 BR's on the main and loft with two singles. A small but very well equipped kitchen opposite the cozy fireplace surrounded by the best couch in the world. It's a two minute walk up the stairs to hop on Quittin Time and ski down to town lift, easy to ski right back to condo too. It's two flights of stairs and your surrounded by the fun and dining of old town Park City main street. The price was fair and the property manager was kind and very easy to reach. A great stay.

Loved the home and location

We had a wonderful summer stay! The home is quite nice, updated with a lot of thought and care put into it. The living space was a welcome retreat at the end of each day touring in town and hiking. There is also a huge deck off the front overlooking the valley.This location cannot be beat (and I have been to PC many times). The unit sits against the mountain, hence hiking is out the back of the complex, up a flight of stairs. Easy ski access in the winter I would imagine. It also sits right above Main Street. A very short walk down the city stairs puts you right in the middle of everything.I highly recommend this home and look forward to coming here again.

Outstanding Stay!

I had an incredible time in Park City staying at this well appointed condo. The property manager was very responsive and the condo had everything that my group and I needed for a weekend in Park City.The condo had a great layout with a great room opening up to a large deck with views down to Main Street. The condo is right in the middle of old town so it was great to have access to a private garage space as well (as old town parking is notoriously difficult).Not much snow to ski on in October, but I can imagine this would serve as a great ski chalet as the mountain access is basically outside the front door. Will definitely be back in the winter.
