Proximity to Ski Access: Just a stone's throw away from the 5th Street stairs, this property provides quick and easy access to the slopes. You can even ski back home for a leisurely lunch!

Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of the "Gold Coast" in Old Town, this property boasts an ideal location. It's only one flight of stairs away from the slopes in winter and hiking trails in the summer. Perfect location. Staircase down drops you right on the main drag of bars, restaurants and shops. Super clean, spacious, cozy and stocked with basic amenities you would need. I was with a group of 8 and we didnt use all the rooms. Communication before, during and after was super informative and gave us everything we needed to know for smooth check in and check out. Well be back!

Review

Stayed with my family of 13 (8 adults, 4 kids, 1 baby) over the October long weekend. The location was incredible, a very quick walk to downtown Park City! The 2 units actually worked well for our family - it gave us plenty of space without being on top of each other. There was a very minor issue with the linens in the bunk room, but the SkyRun team had was quick to answer and resolve it. Overall, a great location with great amenities - would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location and great property. We LOVED not having to rent a car, coming in daily from skiing for lunch, and walkability to Main St. the only thing that would have made this 6 stars would have been connecting units without going outside (but 5 stars still because accurate description for the rental)

Wow, Ski-In Ski-Out!

Our extended family was looking for a large old town home and found the 502 Gold Coast. We have been coming to Park City for years, and this location is the best yet. Walk right across the street to the slopes! we never have rented a ski-in ski-out home before, but after this, we won't ever not do it. The home is split into 2 individual 3 bedroom properties, perfect for our 2 families. We found the home clean, well outfitted and managed by a professional team, SkyRun. We can't wait to return next year.
