Proximity to Ski Access: Just a stone's throw away from the 5th Street stairs, this property provides quick and easy access to the slopes. You can even ski back home for a leisurely lunch!

Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of the "Gold Coast" in Old Town, this property boasts an ideal location. It's only one flight of stairs away from the slopes in winter and hiking trails in the summer. Plus, you're just two blocks from the vibrant Main Street, making it easy to enjoy the town's bustling atmosphere.

Private Hot Tub: After a day of adventure, unwind in your private hot tubs (One for Each Unit!), which offers stunning views of the slopes. You can also cozy up in front of one of the four fireplaces, one in each living room and one in each of the master bedrooms.

Perfect Summer Stay for Two Families with Great Views

Summer PC Trip - Layout was perfect for 2 families. Great location + great view! Upstairs runs a little warmer than downstairs (Master Bdrm specifically) but the newly added in-floor cooling system helped and weather was unusually warm while we were there. Nights were in the 40? so that cooled everything down nicely.SkyRun team was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely rebook through them in the future.

The team at Skyrun is top notch and very responsive. The property is in a great location, two blocks up the hill from Main St. Park City. Access to the "ski in/ski out" trail is across the street and up some stairs (about 2.5 stories high). This trail that takes you down to the town lift is the "Quittin Time" blue trail that is quite steep (and narrow) in the last stretch near the stairs - just a heads up if you have new skiers or conditions are not ideal.

Ideal Location and Comfortable Stay for Our Group!

This was perfect for our group. The location is ideal - easy to get to Park City skiing and to Main Street for non-skiers. It was also easy for some of our group to get to Deer Valley. We had a large group and, although the duplex was split (up/down), there is a convenient outside stair - so we didn't find that problematic. The home was comfortable, well stocked with cutlery and flatware and has a nice view to boot! Highly recommended.

Perfect for Large Families!

The location was perfect. Super walkable and plenty of roof for our family trip of 14. Easy to ski and restaurants. We would for sure stay again.

Comfort and Convenience!

We had a mini-family reunion with eight adults and this was such a perfect place to stay. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom between the two condos and the kitchens were fully stocked with glasses, dishes, coffee makers, etc. We also loved being able to walk up/down the hill to town easily.

Ideal Family Getaway – Spacious, Beautiful Views, and Walkable to Downtown!

We recently stayed at a duplex rental in Park City for our family reunion, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably fit our entire family, making it easy to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains that truly enhanced our experience. We loved waking up to those breathtaking sights each morning! Additionally, the location couldn’t have been better. Being just a short distance from downtown Park City allowed us to explore fantastic shopping, restaurants, and bars with ease. It was great to have everything we needed within such close proximity. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this duplex rental to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect location. Staircase down drops you right on the main drag of bars, restaurants and shops. Super clean, spacious, cozy and stocked with basic amenities you would need. I was with a group of 8 and we didnt use all the rooms. Communication before, during and after was super informative and gave us everything we needed to know for smooth check in and check out. Stayed with my family of 13 (8 adults, 4 kids, 1 baby) over the October long weekend. The location was incredible, a very quick walk to downtown Park City! The 2 units actually worked well for our family - it gave us plenty of space without being on top of each other. There was a very minor issue with the linens in the bunk room, but the SkyRun team had was quick to answer and resolve it. Overall, a great location with great amenities - would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location and great property. We LOVED not having to rent a car, coming in daily from skiing for lunch, and walkability to Main St. the only thing that would have made this 6 stars would have been connecting units without going outside (but 5 stars still because accurate description for the rental)

Wow, Ski-In Ski-Out!

Our extended family was looking for a large old town home and found the 502 Gold Coast. We have been coming to Park City for years, and this location is the best yet. Walk right across the street to the slopes! we never have rented a ski-in ski-out home before, but after this, we won't ever not do it. The home is split into 2 individual 3 bedroom properties, perfect for our 2 families. We found the home clean, well outfitted and managed by a professional team, SkyRun. We can't wait to return next year.
