We had an issue with the property's boiler, which impacted our heat and hot water, and they reacted quickly to address the situation - partnering with the HOA to get it fixed. They provided proactive and helpful information before and during our stay. And they enabled a flexible checkout to accommodate our later flights. Super solid. As for the property, the photos and description are accurate. It was clean and had all the housewares/amenities we needed. The location is very good - not in the heart of Canyon's, which is nice because it's quieter, but still walking distance to the Gondola and an even closer walk to a bus stop (into Park City). We were there during December when the weather was unseasonably warm, so we had some mud to contend with on the walk to the Gondola. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. There was a cute welcome basket which was super nice! Overall they were very easy to work with and I felt like we got a better deal on our lodging. Huge fireplace that warms the entire downstairs. If this appeals to you, this is a must-stay-place. The one thing to know is it is a 4 plex and the garage is shared. The garage has tight parking and low clearance. We have a honda ridgeline that fit but any bigger would not.
