Property Highlights:

Gourmet Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef's dream, with generous counter space, an abundance of natural light, stainless steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. You'll find all the necessary dishes readily available in the kitchen drawers. Gather around the spacious dining table, which seats up to 8 people comfortably. A full bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Cozy Living Space: Unwind in the living room, where a brand-new, generous sectional sofa invites you to kick off your shoes and relax in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Just off the living room, a large deck offers a private hot tub, providing a tranquil view of a small lake at the back of the property.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts the same scenic views and features an ensuite bathroom, as well as a twin pullout sofa for added convenience. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom includes two twin-sized beds and a door that can be closed off for added privacy. In the upper bedroom, you'll find two more twin beds with trundles beneath them, along with a bathroom and a single sink vanity. This is also where the washer and dryer are located.

No AC Note: Please be aware that this unit does not have air conditioning for summer stays.

It's close enough to town to enjoy all the action, yet far enough away to savor the serene tranquility of the area. The free city bus to the ski resorts and Main Street is just a short walk away. Additionally, Park City offers an excellent municipal workout and tennis facility called the PC Marc, located approximately 1 1/4 miles away.

Spectacular

This unit was spectacular! Recently remodeled and fully stocked; we had everything we needed! The unit was very clean. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the hot tub every day after skiing. It was short drive or an easy shuttle ride to the mountain resorts. SkyRun was readily available if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo and Skyrun service were wonderful. It's in a great location with easy access to all parts of Park City. The unit was spotless and mostly brand new appliances. I will request this same unit the next time I visit.

Great stay

Property was great for our family of 5. Only 10-15 minutes from Deer Valley ski resort; 6 minutes from downtown Park City. Beds were comfortable and unit very clean. A great stay!

Ski Vacation Success

My friends and I had a fantastic time in Park City and our accommodations were top notch. Everything was so nice, clean, lots of space, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Great customer service and quick responses. I would highly recommend staying here and I definitely hope to come back.

Lodig in a nice Condo for Skiing

Condo well equipped in the kitchen; bedroom very good; access to condo was good; beautiful view; hot tub excellent and easy to use (except please leave directions on how to recover it and leave the cover up while using); the chat line on email was prompt and effective - and friendly; call in line was shut down at 5 PM but there was an alternative by asking for the directions line - it was not the most reassuring system after 5 when we really need it. THE TV in the condo WAS MISERABLE TO TRY TO OPERATE - please leave complete directions. Complete directions need to be given for using the bus system. It is a nightmare to try to learn and catch the proper buses throughout the city, we need a complete city map - the bus line map is not adequate; a hotline for bus usage needs to be in operation for the entire city - we found bus drivers giving conflicting (or no) directions; Finding a minute mart was difficult; the take out food listing with the information line was limited; we suggest that you advise people to rent a car if you can find a reasonably priced one. We went to Park City because of the free bus line but did not find it pleasant to use Despite the problems listed , it is a pretty well run rental property. Thank You for inviting our input.

Review

This is a quieter community slightly outside of the center of Park City. The place itself is a short walk to the bus stop which will take you to the mountains or to Main Street in around 10-15 mins - this was a great convenience to have nearby and made getting around without a car easy. In terms of the unit, it is a good size and well equipped for groups of multiple people. On the first day of our stay, the heating in the unit was not working (not ideal in the middle of winter) but Michael and the SkyRun team were very responsive in getting someone out to fix the issue. Other than this, out stay was uneventful and we very much enjoyed our time here.

Perfect for my family

I brought my children who are all in there 20s for a ski vacation. The place had enough room to sleep four+ adult children without sacrificing too much privacy. The hot-tub was a big hit. The only drawback is that its a long walk to the nearest bus stop especially if you are carrying skis. I recommend renting a car if you are staying here. The location is great though- less than 2 mile from downtown Park City.

Review

Backyard had great views of the mountains. Clean house and updated amenities. Plenty of blanket, towels, sheets etc. Hot tub was a fun amenity. We arrived to a little basket of goods. The rental company was very responsive. Good location! Would stay here again!

Great Place, Great Location, Great Mgmt

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 71 Vantage. Cannot beat the proximity to skiing, either driving or by taking the local bus. Condo itself was awesome, nice amenities and loved the hot tub. The top floor bedroom is a tight squeeze for 4, probably best suited for children rather than adults, but other rooms were nice. Sky Run management was incredibly helpful both ahead of our trip and after.

Great stay in Park City!

We were two families (total of 9) and this home offered just enough room for us all! The home had everything we needed to cook meals and was not to far from Park City Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Review

Great stay and location right on a golf course! My toddler was able to do a little sledding right outside the back patio! The place itself had lots of space and beds with a remodeled downstairs that was really nice for meals and lounging.

What a great stay! The hottub was excellent with a beautiful view of the mountains and some snow covered fields. The place was clean and tastefully furnished, with games (codenames and more) and a very comfortable couch. The checkin process was easy and the electronic lock was very convenient for multiple parties. I highly recommend it as a place to stay.

We had a great stay. The hosts are incredibly responsive, the location is amazing with spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course. My family of 4 had more than enough room and having 3.5 restrooms was a huge plus. Hot tub was a wonderful amenity
