Jed Stayed Aug, 2025 Exactly What You’re Looking for. Seriously. In short, we had a wonderful stay there this past week. Following are some things I particularly liked about this property, location, etc. THE CONDO ITSELF: This condo is very, very nice. It is brand new, and feels correspondingly modern. It has all the amenities you’d expect of a newly constructed building, and is immaculately clean, well-furnished, well-appointed, and so forth. It feels very spacious inside, despite its relatively small footprint, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. The building itself feels very safe and secure, and is located in a nice, brand new development. Finally, it is well-managed by Sky Run, meaning all the logistical aspects of staying there are well-handled, clear, easy to follow, etc. ITS PROXIMITY TO PARK CITY AND LOCAL SKI RESORTS: This property is located about 10-15 minutes from Park City itself, and about 2-3 minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort. Park City is a truly beautiful little town, with many things to do, places to see, restaurants to eat at, stores to shop at, and so forth. It was summer when we went there, so I can’t speak to the skiing, but we did rent e-bikes, which was a nice, outdoor alternative. ITS PROXIMITY TO SALT LAKE CITY, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES / ATTRACTIONS: This aspect of the property is probably somewhat under-appreciated, but shouldn’t be. It simply can’t be stressed enough how convenient it is to stay at a place that’s only 40 minutes from an international airport (SLC), yet only 2 minutes from one of the country’s premier ski resorts. It is just an exceptionally easy place to have a vacation. Also, during our stay, we saw Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. So, overall, if you’re looking for something beautiful, modern, well-managed, safe and secure, extremely convenient logistically, and close to a number of world-class recreational opportunities (whether in summer or winter), then this is probably the place for you.
