Well stocked, lovely welcome note and basket with some starter snacks and supplies. Super communicative hosts. The only note for future guests is the walls are thin, especially in the primary bedroom. So depending on the neighbors, it might be helpful to bring some earplugs just in case. Cecelia Cannon Stayed Feb, 2025 Excellent Service, Well-Stocked Condo, and Perfect Ski Location! We stayed at one of their condos for four nights in Park City. The customer service was great - much better than other VrBOs I’ve stayed at. They provided very detailed and helpful instructions for the check in and a text number we could use on-site. I reached out twice with questions / minor issues, once before the trip and once during the stay, and both times they responded very promptly and satisfactorily addressed the matter. The place itself was well maintained, the kitchen (which we used a lot) was thoughtfully stocked with what we needed but not a lot of extra junk, and the location was great for skiing. There was a busy stop to ride to the mountain right across from the building. The Park City transit system also has a great website and app to make it easy to use the place. The condo we stayed in was a little small but was laid out and furnished in a thoughtful way that made the most of the space, so we didn’t feel cramped. Definitely recommend! The price was fair relative to other options, and the location was immediately near a shuttle stop that made it very convenient for getting to the ski lifts. Beds, pillows, and blankets all provided were comfortable, and the hot water worked extremely quickly, which was a huge plus with the cold weather. But the place was somewhat cramped for a 6 person group that had a lot of luggage, and the kitchen felt pretty claustrophobic. And the hot tub is in the lobby, which was a bit strange.
