GETTING AROUND:
Getting Around: Upper Warriors Mark winter shuttle offered by HOA. Runs daily in winter (approximately Dec-March). Pickup at corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud. Takes guests at the Marriott (base of Peak 9) and the Ice Rink for transfer to other bases. The Ski Shuttle is subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be guaranteed by SkyRun. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided by SkyRun if the HOA-provided shuttle is not running, late, the guest has a bad experience or the shuttle is canceled.
A huge draw for this property is the SKI-IN OUT access for ADVANCED skiers/boarders. To give you an idea of where you will stay, this home is located in the Upper Warriors Mark neighborhood in Breckenridge. To Ski-Out you will go to the public access Burro Trail, exiting the trees onto the Lower Lehman run on Peak 9. To Ski-In you will take the Falcon Superchair to the top of Peak 10 and down. Depending on the snowpack, skiers should be able to ski all or most of the route. Boarders may need to walk a little. You will have access to the Upper Warriors mark shuttle as well.

Rest assured, we’ve covered the details so you can focus on enjoying your getaway.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Family Trip

We had a fabulous trip to Breckenridge! Mountain View Ski Lodge was the perfect house for our extended family. The house is spacious, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and places to hang out. Beds were comfy, we all slept well. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. And the views are spectacular! It\'s just a short walk down the street to pick up the convenient neighborhood shuttle, and some of our group were able to utilize the ski-in trail. Our son\'s puppy thoroughly enjoyed the house as well!Thank you to the staff at Sky Run who answered our questions promptly and worked hard to ensure that we had a great stay!Our only glitch was the hot tub, it took a couple of days to get that going. We look forward to coming back to Mountain View Ski Lodge next year!

Stunning House

We stayed at this beautiful house for 2 weeks recently. The house was everything we hoped for and SkyRun were great sorting out some minor issues with locks which we probably wouldn\'t have bothered with if staying for a short break. We had 10 adults which was a bit of a squeeze regarding sleeping but we knew that two were bunks and as the other houses available didn\'t offer what we required for the price , so we were fine. We didn\'t have a car as we travelled from the UK but it wasn\'t a problem as the Silver Shuttle (think only in winter) ran every 15mins from the bottom of the road which is a 3 min walk max (there is a short cut but only our good skiers used that). It drops you at The marriot and then it is a short walk across to the base of peak 7 at Maggies.It\'s a shame it only runs until 8pm but had no issues getting an Uber home at night at about $20. We booked a Safe way food delivery but some of our group preferred to go to the City Market in town which worked well.We loved our stay in this gorgeous, spacious home with the most amazing views. Highly recommend it.

Great views. Great space. Great location. However, when you rent a 5 Bedroom entire house at this price, you dont expect to find a sign on the basement door saying, Do not enter separate unit. Review listing to see how many times entire home is emphasized. That was annoying, but the listing boasted 5 Large Bedrooms with additional sleeping spaces. There were only 4 bedrooms and an office with glass-paned French doors (no privacy possible) and a large oak desk in the center of the room, with with a set of child-height bunkbeds stuck against the wall. The office was described in the listing as a dedicated office space, so we were confused as to how the office could be both a dedicated office space and a large 5th bedroom. We found no additional sleeping spaces, unless one would count loveseats as sleeping spaces. This is a very nice propertyunchanged since it was built in the 80sbut spacious, great location. Why not say its a 4 BR with a basement tenant?

SkyRun is a great house in a well kept, quiet neighborhood! It is very spacious, plenty of room for adults to spread out and not feel like you are in each other's space. I appreciated all the king and queen size beds and nice sized bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and on the firm side. The views out the balcony and from the hot tub are beautiful and it is very peaceful. The kitchen is missing a few basic items such as measuring spoons and baking/cookie sheets but other than that it is a fabulous kitchen with a warming drawer and two full size refrigerators. If you are renting this home in the summer as we did, you will need to open all operating windows and open the patio door to get it to cool down. Fans are available. I would suggest adding a screen door to the patio door so that it can be open yet keep bugs out. Adding blinds or curtains to the rectangle windows in the master would help with the heat. We loved our 2 weeks in this home and were sad to leave.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views! House is clean and very roomy. The interior is nice and well kept. Would recommend bathroom updates and fans in each bedroom and living spaces! Arrived at 4pm and the house was so hot!! Host provided with portable fans, but still positioning those in and around the house was a challenge. Kitchens chandelier had cobwebs and was pretty dusty. Overall it was great experience! But get rid of that snowman in the foyer, at least till Xmas!

This house is incredibly spacious with tons of living space to support large groups. There are incredible views of both the city and the mountains from the large deck. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were massive and well stocked with towels and toilet paper. Our group had a great time cooking and eating in the large kitchen and dining room. The private movie theater is a great as well!

We had a great time! The view and location was awesome, shuttle to the ski area and town was easy and convenient. There were a couple basic amenities missing/broken in the kitchen and bathrooms, but overall awesome!

Beautiful home with beautiful views! Sitting in the hottub and looking at the mountains was our absolute favorite! About a 10 minute drive or Uber ride to Main Street. We had a group of 8 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to live comfortably for a week. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay for my small bachelorette group! When we arrive the hot water was out, but they sent someone to fix it immediately! Took a second to get going but didnt have a single problem after that. Master bedroom does not have curtains so it can get a little toasty during the day and not good if youre not an early riser as sun was beaming by 7am, BUT thats literally my only complaint and I probably should have looked at photos better. It was absolutely stunning and I would book again!

This property was absolutely amazing. Exceeded my expectations.! I came with 2 of my friends for my 30 birthday to get a peace of mind and tranquility and thats exactly what I got. The house was very good for a large group of people and had beautiful views. However, it was very cold throughout our stay (even with the heat at the maximum), the house was not very clean, and the host was slow to respond at night.

Pati,Although we appreciate your feedback, we were not made aware of of any cleanliness issues by you or your party until the events below unfolded. We strive to provide our guest with the greatest experience throughout their stay. If an issue was to arise, we'd hope to be notified, that way we could address the issue and make it right with our guests. This guest made a false claim following their stay in an attempt to receive money back. Our team notified Airbnb of this false claim and our team provided all of the necessary documentation proving this claim to be false and Airbnb agreed. Only then, did the guest make any comment on cleanliness.In this review, the guest made a comment stating "host was slow to respond at night". We are a professional property management company with a local office in the town. Our office hours are 9am-5:30pm MST but we have manger and maintenance tech available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. This information is included in the guest check in information and in the property.In regards to the heating in the home. We had a technician do a departure inspection following the guest stay. The house thermostats were maintaining temperatures from 67-70 degrees. This home is close to 4,000 sqft, with expansive windows throughout the home. The living room and sun lounge area at times could feel colder because of these windows. This home is equipped with a wood burning fireplace in the living area and master bedroom and if used this will help warm up these areas.
