Beautiful backyard. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table & propane fire table. Lagre kitchen, lots of seating. we'll stocked for toddlers. Nice crib. Comfortable beds. Great Host. Totally worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean even for people that have a high standard of clean. Had great amenities. My grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool daily. My adult children and I had a great time playing the games. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. They made check in, check out easy and checked with us to make sure everything was ok. Super easy to communicate if we had any questions. I would highly recommend the house

The house was wonderful. We could have spent the whole stay there., but did venture out because there was so much to do nearby. We loved the ping pong, the heated pool, the games, sitting outside and the fire. The whole house is full of great amenities for kids and adults. We are very grateful for this time to get away from our jobs and just enjoy our family. Thank you for making this a relaxing stay.

We were in town for spring training and a 12u baseball tournament. This place was perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed the backyard space. Our boys loved rotating between the pool, ping pong table and corn hole game, while the adult chatted around the fire pit.

Pete and Marias home was located close to many amenities, was immaculately kept, spacious, and the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. The pool, outdoor furniture, and games were so fun, the indoor space was so comfortable, and it is located so close to so many fun attractions. But with a home this beautiful, who needs to leave? Pete and Maria gave clear instructions, were very proactive in their communications, and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying in this home away from home if you have reason to stay in the Phoenix area.

the home is great! I initially booked a large home for my family and I as they were coming along while I took my training classes nearby. But they all got a terrible cold just before our flight, so I traveled solo. they had all the supplies for my children with high chair, kid dishes, and outdoor games. the pool was clean but weather was too cold to use. I can't wait for next year's training to book another stay, hopefully with my family healthy.

This was an absolutely wonderful place for my family to gather over Christmas break. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood with Xmas lights everywhere. The house is decorated nicely, but in minimalist fashion with no clutter. The light switches were a bit frustrating, never have seen any like them. There are no spices, sugar, or dry staples like that which would've been really nice. The other thing that would've been handy was tin foil, plastic wrap or ziplocks. Those were not deal breakers though. Lots of baby/kid supplies. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious homevery comfortable seating inside and outside for a family of 10 (adults & kids) plenty seating & dining space that was not crowded but kept everyone within conversation circle. LOVED the POOL which OUR water buffalo great grand kids enjoyed every minute of and we felt safe with the locked gate/fence that surrounded the pool. This HOME is amazing, a HOME that I would LOVE to own one day but nestled in my HOME state of Hawaii Nei which it felt like we were in Hawaii with the palm trees and decor in the backyard. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend for families with big & small kids. Conveniently located nearby the grocery store, Walmart, Sams Club & Costco but hidden away in a quiet and safe Neighborhood. Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo for your HOME & hospitality.

This is one of those rare houses that looks even better in-person than in the photos. The house is well stockedthey thought of everything for a family that might want to cook its own meals. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough (less than 10 min) to major retail, grocery, shops, etc. if you need something. I was impressed that the finishes, furniture, and overall condition of the house was better than many properties in that price range.

A great place to stay. We had a good time and enjoyed our week at the home. We enjoyed the complementary coffee every morning out on the patio. House was furnished nicely and had plenty of entertainment. It is very close to the mall, shopping and plenty of great dining areas. We also went to an outlet and a nearby casino. Pool was nice and just right. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

A group of buddies stayed there for NHRA weekend and this home was pretty damn awesome. The back yard is great to kick back, relax and have some cold beers. The rooms were nice n clean. I highly recommend staying in this home.

This house was our favorite weve stayed at in Phoenix. The house was very nice and so family friendly. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Phoenix, if its available. They have everything you could need if you have kids.. plus the pool is fenced off so that was great too. They were always responsive and helpful. We felt right at home.

We absolutely love the home. It was very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the many different amenities available. Everything we could have thought of was available for us. We really appreciated it as we drove in late and ended up with a full schedule so we couldn't stop to shop too much. The heated pool was amazing and the pool floaties provided defintely got utilized. The amount of beds was a huge plus as we all could spread out and get extra comfy. So comfy we ended up staying another night. We will definitely be returning for sure.

This is my favorite BNB we have ever stayed in. We have a 1 yr old and the whole property was so baby friendly. Having an actual crib rather than just a pack and play was so amazing. Baby slept like a dream. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Pool was warm. Patio was so cozy. I cant say enough about this stay. Will absolutely be back.
