We enjoyed the house and the pool. Pool was surprisingly not super hot for how warm it was for August in AZ!! House had some pool floaties and lots of pool towels. They had laundry pods and lots of extras that made the stay very comfortable! Only negative - we noticed some deep cleaning that really needed to be addressed and we let the management company know. They were very responsive and going to address is when we left. We also needed a blanket and pillowcases for the hide a bed and they delivered it very promptly! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious (especially the huge master bathroom). We cooked all our meals in and found the kitchen very accommodating with plenty of space for cooking. The heated pool was a fun feature even in December! The backyard had plenty of space for spreading out. Our family engaged in multiple Corn-hole and Pool tournaments! There is a huge double garage for the cars and plenty of other parking. As far as what I would want different maybe a few more dish towels, a couple regular pot holders (the ones there were these silicon squares), another cutting board and to somehow construct a sound block for the pool heat pump. It ran all day and was very loud (good for a lovely warm pool but bad for backyard ambiance). You will not regret a stay here! We will carry wonderful memories from our family reunion! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils however there were no spices. Not a big deal however. I really enjoyed being able to park in the garage. The garbage disposal was not working when we arrived which we communicated - this was not a big deal to us and we told them they could fix it upon our departure, but Pete showed up the next morning to fix this even though we told him it wasn't necessary - he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even cleaned the pool for us that morning while he was there - talk about customer service!! We came down from the cloudy Seattle area and were welcomed with sunshine and warm weather. The heated pool was amazing and we hung outside every day and played pool with the kids in the evening. The heated pool was great in March and allowed us to use it every day. The turf backyard was great for morning yoga and kicking a ball around with the kids. The open kitchen and patio dining were great for eating in. We appreciated Pete & Maria's quick responses to our questions.The kitchen is decently stocked with cookware/service-ware, salt/pepper/oil. It could use more glasses, plates, cutlery and a few basic kitchen items like kitchen towels and cutting boards. The master en-suite is great with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller but we weren't spending much time in there so overall they were adequate; one of the beds is a murphy-bed that folds down from the wall and is awkwardly placed but it functioned for our kids. I would not have wanted 2 adults in there sleeping due to the support of the bed and small space. The house is located a few minutes from a good grocery store and close to the 101 so easy access to the greater Phoenix area. We enjoyed walking to the nearby park with the kids, too. It was a quiet neighborhood. Overall it was a great house that met our needs. Chandler Galveston Stayed Mar, 2022 Review This house is absolutely stunning! Everything was super clean and had ALL the necessities! we traveled to Chandler for a wedding and brought the family for a stay. it was so nice to save some money and buy groceries to cook out on the grill all while sitting poolside in the sparkling heated pool! There was plenty of room for everyone to get comfy and relax. The hosts were super quick at communicating with us and even got us checked in a little earlier. I would highly recommend this house for a visit to the Chandler area. Wonderful memories were made during our stay! When we arrived, it was very clean and tidy and the check-in process was super easy and smooth. The pool was SO WARM and clean, and the backyard had so much to offer. Our entire stay was enjoyable. The home was close to the freeway, so we were able to get most anywhere (Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Phoenix) within 20 minutes or less. There was SO MUCH shopping and dining within just a few minutes drive.The hosts checked in with us after the first day, which was very nice of them to do. They also followed up upon check out to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Great attention to detail and guest needs!We will definitely stay here again when we return!
