Pete and Maria were very responsive and when we were in need of toilet paper and paper towels, they had some out to the house within the hour. We need to follow strict cleaning guidelines due to Covid, and had another family checking in on Christmas Day. When we receive and approve late check out requests, we schedule additional cleaning people to ensure we can get everything done prior to the next guests checking in. Its about 2 miles from downtown Gilbert and is tucked away in a really nice neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through every day. The finishing touches to the interior were noticed and appreciated from the toiletries, decor, and beach towels and toys. Pete and Maria went above and beyond in making this such a great space and making it feel like home that we did not want to leave! The house was absolutely ADORABLE. I wish I could pick it up and plant it on my own property at home! Not only was it extremely clean and cute, but comfortable toobeds, pillows, sectional couch, you name it! There were more than enough pool and bath towels for our 3 night stay. The backyard was also great. The pool had great sun exposure during our stay late April/early May. The backyard lights and grass area was perfect too. We did not end up using the grill but there was one on the back patio. I would definitely recommend staying here! My girlfriends and I plan to be back (hopefully soon!) Throughout our stay in this beautifully remodeled home, we had three college students doing distance learning and interviewing for jobs, as well as my wife and I working remotely.
